研究的可行性格外重要

比如以下这个实验

• 上网找到关于Mg2+浓度对植物生长的影响，任何植物都可以，拿到一个range。
  

• 配置5个不同浓度的MgCl2 溶液
  

• 找到5个豆芽机，分别用5个不同浓度的MgCl2 溶液发黄豆芽

• 每天观察拍照，测量高度，直径，生根情况

• 差不多一周以后，收割豆芽，测定任何一个营养物质的成分，比如维C或者蛋白质
  

这个实验的难度系数较低，因为豆芽机通常都有5个格子，所以每个格子里的一份豆芽算一个repeat，一周之后，5个repeat都有了。
