Water scarcity is a serious problem in many countries. What are the causes of water scarcity? What are the solutions to this problem?

Introductory:

Two principle causes: water pollution, growing population and water wastage

Water shortage is becoming more and more servers (increasingly severe) in many countries, which is highly related to human being's activities. However, there are measures that can be taken to tackle it before + the situation getting even worse.

Water pollution:

toxic chemicals disposed by industries Dumping of household wastage

Reducing the freshwater resource

Solution: introduce or strengthen legislations and penalties or fines imposed on industries' immoral actions

Increased superision on personal disposal into water

(缺中心句看例文) One major cause is water pollution which reduces the amount of

freshwater (不严谨: reducing the amount of water available,且不是首要原因，只能时 what makes the matter worse is that.所以往后调整)... Pollutants can come from

industries which dispose material wastage without extra processing, usually toxic

chemicals, and households which dumped their wastage into water. This (dramatically) reduces the availabilty of usable water for agricultural, drinking and sanitary needs.

Governments can play an important role in reducing this phenomenon. Strict regulations and legislations should be introduced in order to supervise industrial and personal
