雅思写作里，政府类题材的出题方向有以下几种：
一：政府类题目经常与教育，医疗，城市建设等话题相互结合；

二：政府类题目往往与政府的投资、支出相关；三：政府类题目经常会涉及到管控问题。
这涉及到政府的财政职能和管控职能。财政职能又进一步地分成：

1). 花费由政府承担还是其他（分为个人、公司及其他）；

2). 政府是应该投资A还是B；

3). 政府是否应该投资A（主要为教育和城市生活领域）。

管控职能又可分成：

1). 该由政府管控还是个人的责任和选择

2). 政府是否应该管控A
