帝国理工学院小档案

帝国理工学院于1907年建立于英国伦敦，由维多利亚女王和阿尔伯特亲王于1845年建立的皇家科学院和大英帝国研究院、皇家矿业学院、伦敦城市与行会学院合并组成，曾是伦敦大学成员之一。

主校区位于伦敦著名的富人区南肯辛顿，紧邻海德公园、肯辛顿宫，与白金汉宫、威斯敏斯特教堂亦相距不远。

在2021年QS世界大学排名中，帝国理工位列英国第3，世界第8。

帝国理工学院专业笔试又变多了

在此之前，医学、所有数学相关专业一直设有笔试，上月IC又正式官宣机械工程（Mechanical Engineering）与物理（physics）新增笔试！

而且从2021年11月份开始执行，对今年想要申请IC的小伙伴，可谓是难上加难！

Admissions test
lf your application passes initial screeningyou'll be invited to take a 60-minuteonline admissions test.
The test will be held in November (for applications received by 15 October 2021) and in February (for all other applications).
The test will mostly be based on areas in mathematics and physics whichyou studyin your fnal years of secondary school.
You'll have the chance to take a readiness test a few days beforewhich we'll send to you by email, to familiarise yourself with the platform and test format.

机械工程系帝国理工学院专业笔试分析

IC机械工程笔试时长60分钟，形式为线上机考，共15道题目。笔试考察范围是学员在国际学校最后一年中学习的数学和物理的内容，具体考纲可以往下看

考试时间
考试将在每个申请季：11月（针对10月15日之前提交申请的学员）与次年2月（针对1月15日之前提交申请的学员）各举办一次。

如何参加考试

学校会率先对学员的申请材料进行筛选，筛选标准包括标化成绩，预估成绩，文书和推荐信等。通过筛选的同学将会收到笔试邀请，不需要自行报名。
学校将会根据笔试成绩和其他申请材料向优秀的学员发出面试邀请。
