/ 概述Overview

六月五号，所有运动员和教练们欢聚一堂，共度运动盛宴。收起运动队服，换上正装礼服。通常奔跑在操场上的运动员们瞬间焕然一新、盛装出席。大剧院也被运动的气息包围。墙壁上挂满不同体育队运动员的队服，餐桌上也系上了代表不同运动队伍的气球。

开场乐队’孤独的农夫’亲情演唱，炒热气氛。

随后，Pratt教练有感而发，讲述着他赞赏的运动精神。其中最有感触的是他看到Ben Wang夸张的面部表情，却真实地传递着对飞盘这项运动掩盖不住的激情和热爱。紧接着便进入了万众瞩目的颁奖环节。颁奖环节一共分为两个部分：教练和运动员。而新增的教练奖项也是给即将离去的教练最好的礼物和留念。这次晚会对于运动员来说不仅是一次年度总结，更是温情和回忆交织出的感慨与收获。在展望明年的同时，也将这一份记忆存档。

On June 5, all the athletes and coaches gather together for the athletic banquet. They put away the sports jerseys and changed to formal dresses. The athletes who usually run on the playground suddenly looked different and well dressed up. The thespis hall was changed to athletic style. The walls are covered with the jerseys of athletes from different sports teams, and the dining tables are decorated with balloons representing different sports teams.

The opening band "lonely farmer" heated up the atmosphere with their singing.

Later, coach Pratt spoke about the sportsmanship he admired. One of the most touching moments was when he saw Ben Wang's exaggerated facial expression, which actually conveyed his undisguised passion and love for frisbee. Then came the award ceremony. The awards are divided into two parts: coaches and athletes. The coach award was also the best gift and memory for the coaches who are leaving. This banquet was not only an annual summary for the athletes, but also a feeling with warmth and memories. Keep that memory on file as you look ahead to next year.

It’s been an honor to witness this brand new team completing huge improvements in such a short time. Most of the teammates were freshmen at the beginning of this season, and we are able to attend ACAMIS after just 2 month of training, which is already a big surprise. Thanks every girl on team for been tenacious, diligent and conscientious, hopefully it will be a part of thine experience ever.

今年对整个排球队来说都是一个很大的突破。我们从去年一群完全不会打球的人，在不断的练习下，学会了如何在球场上面对每一球，处理每一球，最后去扣好每一球。排球这项运动很不一样，它需要全体队员全部的投入。在场上，球会经过每一个人的手，一传，二传，到最后的进攻，一点岔子都不能出。所以，我们这个队伍今年学到的不仅是如何去打好排球，更是如何变成一个好的排球队。

This year the entire team has accomplished a huge breakthrough. Last year, we were nothing more than a group of people who had not even touched a volleyball. But this year, we practiced, we practiced a lot. We have learnt how to face every single ball on the court, how to adjust a ball, and eventually how to smash it real hard on the court. The sport volleyball is very different from others. It requires full attention at every moment for each player. First pass, set the ball, and eventually hit it---it will go through the hands of each player. So, we learned more than how to play volleyball, but more of how to play as a team. Go Wolves!!!

这个赛季对于女篮来说可以算是很圆满了。在大家共同的努力下拿到了ACAMIS 冠军，在SSSBL联赛里也取得了很好的成绩。感谢大家一直以来对我的信任，我很荣幸能成为你们相信的对象。希望大家之后能继续坚持下去，胜不骄、败不馁。

This season could be considered as a best season for us. We worked hard together for the ACAMIS championship, also get a good achievement at SSSBL league. Thanks for the trust, it’s my honor to be the leader and the one who is always believed by the whole team.Keep consisting in basketball, work hard, train hard. Remember to win without pride and lose with grace.

今年是我在这个学校的最后一个足球赛季，在此过程中我见证了许多新成员的成长和蜕变，也正是因为大家的共同进步，我们才得以在ACAMIS获得第三的好成绩。每位女生在场上都拼上了很多，留下的不仅是变黑的肤色还有泪水和笑声。我很荣幸能够成为你们的队长，现在是，未来也是。

This is my last soccer season on our campus and I’m honored to witness the growth of many new players in our team. We won’t be able to achieve the third place in ACMIS without any one of them. Every girl put on their best when they were on field, and what we had after were tear, sweat and legacy.

今年年初，足球队经历了最为难熬的时期。八位12年级的队员从足球队毕业，其中就包括扛起了整支队伍的队长。新的一年，足球队翻了个新，招募来了许多新队员，每个人都有着迥然不同的性格和特点。起初，队内有着不少的纠纷，磨合了大半年才好不容易把几个人凑到一条心，现在可算是迈出了最艰难的第一步。我个人很感谢队员们今年的辛苦付出且十分期待明年的表现，想必明年相比今年我们的团队精神将在更多的合作中体现出来。

At the start of this year, our boys soccer team had suffered a period of melancholy. Eight seniors graduate from our school and our soccer team included our leader who carried this whole team for two years. A new year with new teammates, we have recruited a lot of new members with entirely different personalities and characteristics. At the beginning of the season, team argument had never stop among us. After nearly 6 months, we eventually put all teammates on the same truck, which help us to make our first step to success. Personally, I really appreciate the hard work of members this year, and I expect more from next year. I boldly and firmly believe that more sportsmanship of us will be exposed by increasingly large number of cooperation.

这个赛季飞盘队经历了太多太多，从建校以来唯一一次代表国家去到马来西亚打比赛，再到赛季末教练和毕业生们的离去，这一点点回忆和那一滴滴泪水组成了今年飞盘队的生活。

The frisbee team has been through a lot this season. From the time when the team was first founded to the time when they represented their country and played in Malaysia to the end of the season when the coach and the graduates left, these little memories and tears make up the life of the frisbee team this year.

获的除了奖杯，还有我们那敢于拼搏，积极进取的体育精神。以前，我们会惧怕强大的对手，现在，我们注重的是自己本身素质的培养和技术的提升。加油吧，我的队友们，希望新的一年咱们能创造出更好的佳绩！ This year, as I said before, was the most refulgent year for us, not only the trophies we got,but also the improvements we made. At the beginning, we showed the fear of failure, but right now we are perfectly comfortable of participating each competition, no matter how strong our opponents are. Q:What drives you to coach frisbee team for eight years in SUIS?

问：是什么促使你在协和职教八年飞盘？

A:I started the team because I love playing Ultimate and I realized the sport had real growth potential in the city. I continued coaching because the players loved it too, and I was able to reach the students in a different way than I could in the classroom. I saw opportunities to encourage the players and teach them valuable interpersonal skills on the field.

答：我创建这支队伍是因为我爱飞盘，同时我也意识到这项运动在上海这座城市很有发展的潜力。我坚持执教另一部分原因是运动员们也爱这项运动，我在赛场上能够了解他们的远比我在教室里了解得多。我看到了鼓励他们和教授他们在宝贵的比赛中处理人际关系的机会。

Q:In your coaching career, what was the most impressive memory of all?

问：在你的教练生涯中，最令你难忘的记忆是什么？

A：Probably two years ago, when the team finished 3rd at the 2017 Shanghai Youth Open. After a tough loss in the semi-final game, it was important to regroup and focus on the next game. That year was very windy and points were hard to come by and could only be had going down wind. We started the game on offense going upwind, and couldn't score, which we sort of expected. Then we traded downwind points to 3-3. Each point was long and we knew that the final would be low scoring. Each team knew that the first team to get an upwind break would probably win the game. The ensuing point saw the disc change hands 5 times and the team had to work the disc 90% up the field and we scored. That broke the game open and we scored the next downwind break and then another upwind break to take a 6-3 lead. The game finished at 6-4 and we achieved our highest placement at that tournament.

答：两年前，当队伍在2017年的Youth Open以第三名的成绩结束赛季最令人难忘。在输掉了一场激烈的半决赛中，将大家重新聚集在一起并且专注于下一场比赛是很重要的。那一年的风非常大，每一分都很难打，并且经常是在顺风的情况下打比赛。我们以顺风进攻开始整场比赛，我们没有得分，但是这也算是一种我们期待的结果。之后我们逆风讲比赛带入了3：3。显然每一分都需要打很久，最后的总决赛总得分也不会很高。所有队伍都知道只要被顺风破了防守，那支队伍几乎就锁定了正常比赛的顺利。接下来的一分攻守转换一共进行了5次，队员们慢慢将盘推进到了得分区并且赢下了这一分。那一分将比赛带入了我们的节奏，我们先后顶着大风破了对方的防守以6：3领先。我们以6：4结束了比赛并且拿下了有史以来协和万源在youth联赛中的最高排名。

Q:How do you feel after watching the video made special for you and receiving the jersey during banquet night?

问：你对运动晚宴上看到专门为你做的视频和队员们签字表框的队服有什么想法？

A:I feel very blessed and thankful for the team to put together the video and to give me the jersey. After each Youth Open I ask the players to sign my jersey, so having a jersey that represents the entirety of my coaching career here is very special to me. I've told the team several times that coaching is my favorite part of every day. I have put a lot of work into the team, time spent away from my family, and the team respected that.

答：能有这样一直队伍我感到很幸运，很感谢他们愿意花时间做出这样感人的视频，也很感谢他们为我定制的队服。在Youth联赛中，我让队员们为我签了一件队伍这样我就可以有一件签字队服为我的很特殊的教练生涯画上句号。我也不止一次跟我的队员们说教他们扔飞盘、打比赛是我每天最快乐的事情。我在整个队伍花了很大功夫，有事我选择照顾家庭时我的队员们也很尊重我的选择。
