Teaching quality is the most important factor to measure a school. More than 50% of teachers in our school have master degree or above and 5-10 years of teaching experience. Some Chinese teachers have overseas learning experience. Nord Anglia Group also provides every teacher with the opportunity to keep learning and ensure the continuous improvement of knowledge and teaching level.As our new teachers this year, Ms. Erin and Ms. Iris not only have many years of teaching experience, but also have participated in many national and international competitions. After joining our school, I joined the teaching of cloud classroom. The diversity of courses and courseware has aroused students' enthusiasm for learning. Erin拥有英语和音乐荣誉双学位，并完成了教育专业硕士学位。她曾经在爱尔兰教书，课堂中多文化融合的不断增长，让她开始对英语教学产生了浓厚的兴趣，于是决定在2017年选修一门CELT课程，并在教学实践中取得优异成绩。为了能更好的将所学实施在EAL的教学当中，她决定搬到中国北京，并开启了3、6、7和8年级EAL课程的教学。

此外，Erin还多才多艺，曾经获得了多项钢琴表演奖项，如爱尔兰皇家音乐学院的高级证书，以及伦敦音乐学院的钢琴表演文凭。

您为什么会选择北京诺德安达学校？

我很高兴能在诺德安达集团在北京的第一所双语学校工作。我认为北京诺德安达学校是一个独特而充满活力的工作场所，我很高兴成为这个团队的一员。我相信有了这样的工作和教学环境，我能为我的学生提供高质量的教育。

在您的观点来看，双语教育的涵义是什么？

双语教育为学生创造了更多的文化交流机会。双语学校学习的主要优势是学生有机会认识来自不同背景的其他学生。我认为学习其他文化对孩子们很重要，可以帮助他们理解周围的世界，培养他们对文化差异的意识和欣赏能力。

您打算为学校带来什么？新的学年您将带给学生那些课程？

我计划把我的知识和经验用于促进课外活动，因为这将有助于学生的全面发展。我也会带着我独特的并极具个人特色的教学风格，注重与学生建立关系，以获得知识，提供不同类型的课程，提高他们对英语学习的兴趣。

Erin老师用不同的课件和有趣的视频音乐，将学英语与生活相联系，让学生对英语学习更感兴趣。这节课Erin老师跟大家传授了一些甜食用英语怎么说，当学生们看到自己生活中经常接触到的巧克力，冰淇淋，甜甜圈出现在屏幕的时候都欢欣雀跃的跟着老师一起读。

Iris Wang graduated from Harbin Institute of physical education, majoring in physical education. She thinks that in education, we should pay attention to students' cultural courses as well as their personal interests and specialties. Because of their love, students will work harder to play with flexibly teaching.

Iris is a sportsman. She has participated in many national and international competitions and achieved excellent results. She hopes to form a swimming team belonging to Beijing Nord Anglia and participate in the International Youth swimming competition on behalf of the school.

Iris started the online teaching after joining NAS Beijing. The students unanimously reflected that Iris's classroom was lively and interesting. Although they met each other online, it did not hinder the better communication between the students and the teachers.

In the recent swimming class, Iris taught students to practice breathing method and breath holding technique in swimming, and proper physical and technical movements, and also corrected the students' technical movements. It will lay a solid foundation for swimming class or physical education class after resumption.

Iris thinks that everyone has a short board. Through land training, we can focus on training students' weak muscle groups, so as to fill the "barrel effect". We require to resist the resistance of water, so through physical training to enhance muscle strength and physical endurance. Thus, in the process of swimming, you can swim farther and longer. Iris would like to remind everyone that land physical training is very important in swimming training.

Teacher's message: physical education can not only enhance physical stamina, but also require students' will and perseverance. Only those who persist to the end will become winners. When you encounter greater difficulties in life, you are confident to complete. This quality will last you a lifetime. I also hope that during the outbreak, everyone will calm down and wait for the day of school.
