学校是一个充满快乐和希望的地方，孩子们在这里一起学习和成长；学校是一个充满好奇和创意的地方，孩子们在这里分享讨论彼此的观点；学校是一个充满挑战和机遇的地方，孩子们可以开启他们的探索之旅；学校还是一个充满爱和温暖的大家庭，这里有牵挂孩子们的老师。

School is full of joy and hope where children learn and grow together. School is full of curiosity and creativity where children share and discuss different ideas. School is full of challenges and opportunities where children can start their journey of exploration. School is a second “home” full of love and warmth where there are many excellent mentors.

2020年4月20日，星期一，宁波市奉化区诺德安达学校春季学期正式开学。小学部四、五、六年级，初中部一、二年级以及高中部一年级的同学们时隔两个多月终于返回校园。

郑校长和Kevin教育学监一如既往地等候在学校门口，与每一位学生相互问好。孩子们整齐有序地从指定通道进入学校，脸上都洋溢着灿烂的笑容，期待与老师和同伴们相聚。寂静了三个月的校园因为同学们的回归而变得生机勃勃、活力四射。

On Monday, April 20th, 2020, NAS Ningbo officially started the second term of the year. G4, 5, 6, 7,8, and10 students had finally returned to campus after their special winter holiday.

As always, Alan and Kevin were waiting at the school gate to warmly greet each student. All the students entered the school in an orderly way with each had a big smile face. They were looking forward to meeting their fellow students and teachers. As a result, the campus is once again full of vigor and vitality.

在过去的两个月中，为保障全体师生的健康安全，我校全面推出线上教学，旨在帮助学生调整学习状态，培养学习能力，从而对春季学期进行有效衔接。令人欣喜的是，孩子们在线上教学的表现可圈可点，及时完成作业、积极参与小组讨论以及踊跃报名参加云音乐会、线上阅读周等活动，他们都表现出极大的学习热情。

返校后的第一堂课，由郑校长以校园广播的形式为全体同学带来。期间，郑校长与同学们分享了全国各地抗击疫情的感人故事。无论是身处一线的医护工作者，还是在幕后默默付出的建筑工人，他们都在为抗击疫情做出伟大的贡献，让我们怀有感恩之心，向这些美丽的英雄致敬。作为学生，懂得如何保护自己和家人并能热爱学习，那就是不辜负众多英雄的努力。

In the past two months, in order to ensure safety of all the teachers and students, NAS Ningbo launched E-Learning to help students adjust their study status and improve learning skills to better move to the second semester. Surprisingly, students did an outstanding job during the online learning period.

The first lesson after students’ return was delivered by Alan via school radio broadcasting. Alan shared some touching stories about fighting against the coronavirus nationwide. Both the medical workers in the frontier and the construction workers behind the scenes are making a great contribution to fighting the epidemic. Let’s be thankful and salute to those heroes.

安全是学校发展的第一生命线。为学生提供一个安全的生活、学习环境，保证学生在安全的前提下能够健康、幸福地成长，是学校每一位教职员工的首要责任。学校已经全方位落实疫情防控管理制度，把校园打造成安全、温馨的第二个“家”。

与此同时，我们要感谢宁波诺德安达的安保团队、保洁团队、行政团队、教学团队以及来自家长和同学们的大力支持。在大家共同努力下，我们能更好地守护好大家庭。

To provide a safe living and learning environment for students and to ensure that students can grow up healthily and happily on the premise of safety, is the primary responsibility of every staff member of the school. NAS Ningbo has fully implemented certain policies to make the campus a safe and warm place.

Meanwhile, we really appreciate the security, cleaning, admin, and teaching team for their hard work, and also the great support from our parents and students. With our joint effort, we can better protect our big family.
