Dear HQIS Parents and Families,

We thank you for your continuing support of HQIS as we grow and grow. It is your support and understandings that allows us to keep fond memories of our children's growth.

The HQIS Yearbook is a special memory book that contains photographs of teachers and students at HQIS collected throughout the year. We are pleased to inform our families that we have invited the same experienced, professional, French photographer Mr. Leonardo Diaz, to return to capture these precious moments again this year. Mr. Diaz will offer personalized photo album package of our students, they will make a great souvenir for your home and family. Families can buy the yearbook and photos packages separately or we will offer a discounted yearbook together with a photo package, see the bargain options listed below (Option E, F, G).

2017-2018 yearbook pictures and photo packages will be taken between April 10 to April 13, 2018. Please be aware of these dates and make sure that students are ready for their pictures. A detailed schedule will be sent out to teachers in the following days. As a HQIS tradition, we will organize the Yearbook Cover Contest and students will vote for their two favorite designs. Other entries can be found on the inside sleeve of the HQIS Yearbook, as we want to share just how creative our students can be.

To order a 2017-2018 HQIS Yearbook and photo packages, please choose your preferred options, fill out the Yearbook and Personalized Photo Album Package Order Form and bring order form and payment directly to Admissions Office by Thursday, April 12. Considering unavailable during spring holiday, we would accept late order. Please make sure you will complete payment for photo package before your childs’ class takes their yearbook picture (please refer to class schedule). You may pick up your photo package from May 20th and the Yearbook from June 6.

2017－2018年鉴和摄影写真集的拍照时期为4月10日至4月13日。为了给孩子留下美好的片刻，请家长确保孩子们当天穿着整洁参与拍照。详细的每个班级拍摄时间表将稍后请各班教师通知家长。作为HQIS的传统之一，年鉴的封面作品由学生自己创作，我们将组织年鉴封面设计大赛，并由全体学生共同投票。同时，我们将收录很多本次比赛中的学生创意作品，希望让大家一起分享学生的创作，留给大家更特别的纪念。

如需订购2017-2018学年年鉴和摄影写真集，请您选择购买内容，填写订购表格并在周四4月12日前将《年鉴及套餐订购单》和现金交到注册部。考虑到春假的问题，我们接受延迟报名。如果您要拍摄写真集的话，请确保在您孩子的班级拍摄年鉴前完成付款（拍摄日期请参照拍摄时间表）。您将在5月20日收到摄影写真集，以及6月6日收到年鉴。
