weather is getting cooler but it’s not stopping our students from taking part in lots of exciting and wonderful events. Our recent Lower and Upper Primary Sports day had to bepostponed. However the 2 new dates were perfect and saw the students enjoying team games. Collaboration was at it’s highest. Thank you to all of you who came and supported the events. Last Monday it was dress up day. We saw fantastic costumes by all.

虽然天气逐渐转凉，却无法阻挡协和虹桥的孩子们参与精彩活动的热情。低年级、高年级组运动会令孩子们充分享受到了各种团队游戏的乐趣。协作精神可谓活动的最大亮点，感谢所有拨冗参加运动会的家长们。周一是本届读书周的装扮日活动，大家的着装也让人眼前一亮，惊喜连连。

Lower Primary winners of Book Writing

Book week has been very exciting with a daily quiz, huge book fair and wonderfully entertaining storytellers.  Monday was our fun dress-up day and the costumes were quite impressive and creative. Our reading book worm has grown across the main floor as students have read and read and read!

本周读书周活动在每日小测试、大型书展及引人入胜的讲故事环节中精彩进行。周一是趣味装扮日，孩子们的装扮极具创意，让人耳目一新。学校处处都能发现我们可爱的小书虫们在孜孜不倦地阅读书籍。

PR costumes on Dress-up Day

Many busy judges also had the pleasure of reading nearly 100 fabulous stories entered in the writing competition, but a hard time deciding on the winners. Well done to everyone who entered and congratulations to the winning authors! 

众多繁忙的评委在工作之余欣赏了近100本写作比赛的入选作品后，竟难以抉择谁才是最终优胜者。每一位入选学生都是棒棒的，也让我们共同祝贺优胜获奖者！

On Tuesday 25th and Friday 28th October we held our Sports Days for G1-G5. Many thanks to all the parents and staff who supported this sporting action packed event.

10月25日（周二）及10月28日（周五）我们举行了一至五年级运动会活动，感谢全体来到现场以示支持的家长们以及默默奉献的教师们。

Tug-of-war Contest

On both days the students enjoyed friendly competition through sport and were able to work together during various adventure challenge activities. On Friday October 28th we announced the winners, however the focus was not onwinning but on sportsmanship and team building in which we are proud of our students for doing a fine job. Congratulations to all!

学生们秉着友谊第一，比赛第二的运动精神，齐心协力挑战各种活动。10月28日（周五）当天我们宣布了获胜名单。无论谁是最终的获胜者，大家更多地聚焦于孩子们在比赛过程中展现的团队协作及运动精神。我们为孩子们的表现感到骄傲，你们太棒了！
