这些精选的作品展现了我们NACIS学子多样化的个性和创造力。该作品集包含学校各个年级的作品,种类多样。
在整个教学过程中,我们使用了多种多样的创作手法,例如在小学阶段,我们看到了油画、拼贴画、钢笔画/水墨画和摄影,而中等学生的图画作品包括数字媒体、绘画、混合媒体和线条图。IB学生则通过记录每天的构想和创作过程来完成视觉日志和作品集。

As we are well into the swing of online learning the NACIS Art Department would like to share with you some of our artists beautiful and inspiring work. We would like to thank all the students and parents for their hard work during this difficult time and we look forward to seeing you all back in school.
The selected works show a diverse range of personality and creativity. This collection represents works from each grade throughout the school and contains various mediums.
Several mediums have been used throughout eLearning, in primary for example we see oil pastel, collage, pen /ink and photography, while samples of secondary student’s images include digital media, painting, mixed media and line drawings. IB students have been focusing on their visual journals and portfolios by recording their concepts and creative process daily.



今年,由于疫情的缘故,虽然我们暂时无法回到学校与同学们一起线下协同创作。但是NACIS学子也没有停止探索艺术的脚步,精彩作品有增无减。在艺术课的“云课堂”中,我们的老师根据不同年龄段的学习情况,制定了丰富的艺术课主题。
在线学习的过程给我们的艺术老师带来了很多挑战。他们要根据学生的学习水平设计出丰富多彩的、引人入胜的主题式学习计划。视觉艺术学科的负责人Ryan老师与我们分享了小艺术家们在线学习的优秀成果,我们在这些孩子们的作品中看到了不同的思考,希望您喜欢这些作品。

Although our students could not create together at school this year due to the epidemic, they continued to explore their artistic practices and created excellent pieces.
The eLearning process created a challenge for our art teachers to create diverse and engaging themes and Mr. Ryan, head of the visual arts, shared with us the excellent results of online learning by the young artists. We hope you enjoy the small preview of work.

Students were asked to explore the theme of Identity through drawings and collages. They explored the artists’ works that were related to identity in style and theme.




每年的上海诺德安达艺术展是所有NACIS同学最为期待的一项活动,我们有机会在艺术展上看到学生们通过不同的创作手法设计出的个性化作品。不同年级的小艺术家们尽情的抒发灵感灵感,挥洒创意,设计出一幅幅令人惊叹的创意作品。
在上一个学年的艺术展活动中,我们看到许多精彩且个性十足的展示。
小学部的同学们对色彩进行了不同纬度的探究与思考。

Every year, NACIS art exhibition is an activity that all NACIS students are looking forward to. We have the opportunity to see personalized works designed by students through different creative methods in the art exhibition. The young artists of different grades express their inspirations, share their creativity and design a series of amazing creative works.
Last year, we saw many wonderful and individual displays in the event.
Primary students explored and thought about colors in different latitudes.

有的小学生在亨利马蒂斯的作品上,通过油画棒探索线条的种类;有的通过使用丙烯颜料在透明伞上的设计致敬草间弥生;还有的同学使用不同的波普色彩完成了自画像,重新认识了自己。
中学部的同学则用数码技术完成了超现实构图的作品;除此之外,还有同学开始探究文化背后的艺术,例如展示中国声音的插画。
而我们的IB学生们则需要通过主题学习的方式进行探索,继而尝试独立创作并完成作品集的编排(视觉杂志),记录从最初的研究到最终作品的思维发展历程。这其中的学习过程展示出了学生对世界更深层的理解和自主学习技能的激发。

Some primary students used oil sticks to explore the line types of Henri Matisse’s works; some used acrylic paint and transparent umbrellas to salute Kusama yayoi; others used different pop colors to complete self-portraits and re-understood themselves.
Secondary students used digital technology to complete works with surreal compositions. In addition, some students also explored the art behind the culture, such as illustrations showing Chinese ideas.
However, Our IB students were expected to explore art through thematic learning, create and complete a portfolio (visual journal), and record the development of their thinking from the initial research to the final work. This learning process demonstrated the students' deeper understanding of the world and inspired their autonomous learning skills.




在NACIS,我们通过视觉艺术这门课程鼓励孩子尽情开拓自己的想象力,从而激发在视觉艺术上的潜能。着眼于全人教育的教学目标,学生们将课堂中所学的艺术专业艺术知识与真实情境结合,从而创作出集“所学、所思、所感”于一体的作品。
通过学习,研究,发现,反思的过程中,去发现更好的自己。
在NACIS,我们都是小艺术家。

At NACIS, we encourage our students to explore their imagination through the course of visual arts, so as to inspire their potential in visual arts.
Focusing on the holistic education, students combine the professional art knowledge learned in the classroom with the real situation to create works that integrate "learning, thinking and feeling”. They can also find a better themselves in the process of learning, research, discovery and reflection.
At NACIS, our students are all little artists.
