Ian妈妈：Ian的变化特别明显，以前Ian不太喜欢使用英语，现在他已经培养起了双语的意识，在家里跟哥哥聊天时会经常性的使用英语。哥哥很兴奋地跟我们分享弟弟的进步，家里的语言氛围也越来越好。除此之外，Ian的性格也健康地发展着，因为学校的老师尊重学生，以平等的态度对待学生，倡导个性化教育，所以Ian较好地保持着孩子的天性，敢说敢做，勇于尝试，所以我们计划让哥哥也转到南通诺德安达，把孩子交给这样的学校我们很放心。

Adams妈妈：我在Adams身上看到了南通诺德安达学校教育带来的良好影响。以前的Adams生活自理能力和自觉性并不是很强，但是通过一学期的寄宿生活，现在他在家也能够自觉地整理好自己的物品，主动且有条理地安排自己的学习计划，自学能力明显提高了，这让我们都很欣喜，原来良好的学校教育带给孩子的不仅是学术水平的变化，还有个人品性上的变化。Adams变得更自信、更勇敢，他参加了演讲、游泳、篮球等多项活动，体能上和社交上都有明显进步。

Adams妈妈：我最满意学校的师资力量。老师跟孩子们在一起的时间最久，他们最了解孩子的动态，了解孩子在学习和生活上的情况，我常常会和班主任沟通以掌握孩子目前的情况。在沟通中我发现Adams的班主任兼数学老师特别认真负责，有耐心且温和。Adams很乐意接受班主任提出的建议，也愿意服从班主任的管理，也正是因为他，Ian现在对数学产生了浓厚的兴趣。这些都与班主任严谨的教学态度、出色的教学能力、强大的管理能力密不可分，有着这样一支优秀的教学团队的学校，我对孩子的未来充满了信心。

Thirdly, I am very satisfied with the school's language teaching strategy. Ian's mother tongue is Chinese, English is his second language. The teachers in NAS Nantong are very clear that the second language is the language and means of teaching, rather than the content of teaching. The teachers use the relevant knowledge acquired in the second language to continuously develop the ability of children to use English as a tool, which also makes me feel satisfied. Of course, we are very satisfied with the school's complete hardware, especially the canteen catering. Our children are in a critical period of growth. Our parents are very concerned about their children's health. The school's weekly menu is balanced in nutrition, reasonable in collocation, basically complete in color and fragrance, clearly marked with allergens which makes our parents very relieved.

Adams’s mom: I'm most satisfied with the faculty of the school. Teachers and children spend the longest time together. They know their children's dynamics best and understand their learning and life. I often communicate with the head teacher to master their current situation. In my communication, I found that Adams's head teacher and mathematics teacher was very responsible, patient and gentle. Adams is willing to accept the suggestions of the head teacher and obey the management of the head teacher. It is precisely because of him that Ian now has a strong interest in mathematics. These are closely related to the rigorous teaching attitude, excellent teaching ability and strong management ability of the head teacher. With such an excellent teaching team, I am confident in the future of my children.

Ian妈妈：我认为学校在家校沟通上做的还是很不错的。在开学一周内学校就筹建了家委会，家委会构建起学校和家长以及学生之间沟通的桥梁。家委会收集家长们心中的疑惑和问题反馈给学校，由校长带领相关老师予以解决。学校对于家委会的反馈总是很重视，会真正倾听家长的需求，尽快解决我们提出的问题，对于一些有待商议的问题也会进行仔细的说明和耐心的沟通，这让我们家长与学校密切联系在一起，非常令人安心。

Ian's mom: I think the school is doing a good job in home school communication. Within one week after the start of the school, the school has set up a family Committee, which has built a bridge between the school, parents and students. The family Committee collects the doubts and problems from parents and feeds them back to the school. The principal will lead the relevant teachers to solve them. The school always attaches great importance to the feedback of the family Committee. They always listen to the parents' needs, solve the problems we put forward as soon as possible and carefully explain and patiently communicate some problems that need to be discussed, which makes our parents closely linked to school, which is very reassuring.

Ian妈妈：Ian是个比较淘气调皮的孩子，我很开心他能有如今的变化，这种变化离不开老师的引导、鼓励和耐心。以前Ian写字并不规范，总是没有耐心，我们教育他的时候总是很无奈，但是老师一直引导他慢慢写、好好写，通过鼓励的方式培养他的书写习惯，现在Ian已经逐渐转变自己的书写习惯，每晚练习毛笔字，也会主动重写写错写乱的字。家校之间的默契配合让孩子不断进步。当我们有疑问给老师发邮件时，不论多晚老师都会回复我们的邮件，帮助我们解决问题。如Ian上学期并不喜欢戏剧课，但是这学期在老师的鼓励下，他已经爱上了戏剧，甚至还被评为了班上的喜剧之星，这让Ian备受鼓舞。这一学期Ian还打算申请进步奖，他对学习的主动和热情让我们感到特别欣喜。作为Ian的家长，我非常认可南通诺德安达老师的认真负责，认可他们把Ian当作自己的孩子来教导的教学态度。

Ian's mom: Ian is a naughty child. I'm very happy that he can make the changes now. This change can't be separated from the guidance, encouragement and patience of the teacher. Ian used to write nonstandard and impatiently. When we educate him, we are always helpless. But the teacher has always guided him to write slowly and well, cultivated his writing habits by encouraging him. Now Ian has gradually changed his writing habits. Every night, he practices brush writing and actively rewrites the wrong words. The tacit cooperation between home and school keeps the children improving. When we have questions to send an email to the teacher, no matter how late the teacher will reply to our email to help us solve the problem. For example, Ian didn't like drama lessons last semester, but this semester, with the encouragement of his teachers, he has fallen in love with drama and even been rated as the comedian star in his class, which inspired Ian. Ian also plans to apply for the progress award this semester. We are particularly pleased with his initiative and enthusiasm for learning. As Ian's parents, I very much recognize the serious responsibility of NAS Nantong's teachers and their teaching attitude that they teach Ian as their own children.
