人才荟萃，成就诺德安达 High quality candidates flock to become part of NAE

每年一月，诺德安达教育集团一年一度的“杰出的教师成就杰出的学校”活动在伦敦举行，2019年的活动吸引了18000名申请者，创历史新高。

今年诺德安达分布在全球29个国家的66所学校都前来招聘活动现场挑选人才，几百名优秀的申请人进入了最后一轮面试，我们期待他们的加入。

Nord Anglia Education’s annual ‘Outstanding Teachers for Outstanding Schools’ event saw a record 18,000 applicants for roles at the leading premium school group’s event in London 2019.

Hundreds of highly qualified candidates were invited to sit final-round interviews in the hope of filling vacant positions across NAE’s 66 schools, located in 29 countries around the globe.

在为期一周的招聘活动中，诺德安达的各位校长亲自面试了申请人，择优录用最适合学校的人才。

除此之外，招聘活动的研讨会还让应聘者有机会与诺德安达管理层面对面，了解加入诺德安达全球学校大家庭的意义。

招聘活动的信息说明会向应聘者们介绍了中国、东南亚、美洲以及欧洲和中东等国家和地区的学校生活及工作情况，并且详细说明了诺德安达与其他学校的异同，让应聘者了解到诺德安达对他们职业发展的重视和支持。

对于申请人提出的问题，活动负责人都以第一手信息给出了解答。

一整周的招聘活动，诺德安达教育集团的全球首席执行官Andrew Fitzmaurice主持了全部信息说明会，强调了诺德安达教育集团所能提供的独特的学习和工作体验。

活动最后一天，Fitzmaurice先生对应聘者们说，诺德安达教育集团是一家蓬勃发展的公司，并重视教职工的长期职业发展。

他表示：“目前我们的66所学校遍布全球29个国家，有13500多名教职员工。我们的业绩增长也很快。”但他重申了学生、家长和老师的需求才是诺德安达的工作重点。

 “随着集团的不断发展，我们能让大家看到诺德安达教育集团中的每一个人是如何获益的。我们希望学校的发展能够惠及所有人。”

 Fitzmaurice先生还指出，能够吸引教育行业的顶尖人才，并让他们热爱在这里工作，是诺德安达教育集团成功的基础。

 “我们的老师会从职业发展、全球社区以及明确的发展机会当中受益良多，从而以更高的职业素养培养我们的学生。”

Throughout the week, these interviews were conducted by Nord Anglia principals, who attended the event to personally select the candidates who are the right fit for their individual schools.

Apart from the interviews, candidates were also able to hear from and participate in workshops with NAE leaders to find out what it means to be a part of the truly global network of schools that NAE is.

Informational sessions included presentations on living and working in schools across four regions: China, Southeast Asia, The Americas, and Europe and the Middle East. Leaders familiar with these regions were able to offer first-hand information and answer any pressing questions from candidates.

Nord Anglia Education chief executive Andrew Fitzmaurice spent the week leading information sessions to highlight key points of differentiation students and parents can enjoy at an NAE school.

These sessions served to detail what makes NAE different from individual schools, along with informing candidates of the emphasis the organisation places on and the support it offers its employees for professional development.

Speaking to a group of candidates on the final day the event, Mr Fitzmaurice said Nord Anglia Education is a thriving, growing company with long-term career potential for all who join.

“Currently we have 66 schools in 29 countries, with more than 13,500 staff and teachers. In terms of students, we are up around 30 per cent from last year,” he said.

“It is a time of incredible business growth.”

However, he reiterated the needs of the students, parents and teachers would always remain at the heart of everything the organisation does.

“We’re very conscious, as we grow, that we need to tangibly show how everybody benefits from being under the Nord Anglia Education banner,” he said.

“As we grow, we have a suite of measures in place to check whether everybody continues to do better as part of our family of schools. We expect to be able to demonstrate that our growth is beneficial to all.”

Mr Fitzmaurice said the foundation for the organisation’s success is the ability to continue to attract and retain the very best talent in education.

“We know the difference that great teaching makes,” he said.

“Our teachers benefit from professional development, a global community, and clearly defined progression opportunities. We also want to bring our own people up through the organisation for leadership positions at every point possible.”
