·  Parents should take their children’s temperature every morning.

·  The students should have their temperature taken before taking school buses.

·  All faculty and staff should have their temperature taken before entering the school.

·  The students should have their temperature taken on the day when they return to the dormitory and every morning before they leave the dormitory.

·  Anyone with a temperature above 37.3 ℃ should stay at home.

* Homeroom teachers should complete registration on ISAMS by 8:20am.

* Receptionist should double check the registration result via ISAMS and contact related parents or guardians to investigate the reasons for being late or absent, inform the school nurse, Principal’s Office and Principals via Email by 9:00am, and follow up carefully until the whole process is completed.

* HR should check on the staff that are late or absent for work and investigate the reasons, inform the Principal’s Office and Principals via Email by 9:00am and follow up carefully until the whole process is completed.

* First class after school opens: The teachers communicate with the students to get to know their understanding of novel coronavirus pneumonia and inform them, especially the students of lower grades, that if they have symptoms such as fever, fatigue, diarrhea and vomiting, they should report immediately to the subject teachers and teachers on duty.

* During class and break: The subject teachers and teachers on duty should pay close attention to the students. Once they find students with symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, vomiting, etc., they should post a message immediately in the WeChat groups to inform the school and nurses, indicating the names, classes and whereabouts of the students. The teachers that are not teaching or on duty should help to take the students to Healthcare Room and the nurses decide if it is necessary to contact their parents. The nurses should contact the parents if necessary.

* Dining in the canteen: We will stagger meal times and prepare disposable hand sanitizer. More than 1 miter space between two kids.

* Students that are picked by their parents: The parents should follow the routine procedure to pick them up.

* The housemasters/mistresses on duty are responsible for the boarding students’ learning and health.
