尊敬的各位家长:
您可能已经从最近两天的新闻中了解到上海一家学校的餐饮服务供应商所提供的服务质量未能达标,特别是在食品保质期和卫生方面存在严重问题,这引起了广大学生家长和当地政府的严重担忧。
我们始终将孩子和员工的健康与安全放在学校工作的首位,对于食品安全问题和健康问题,宁波市奉化区诺德安达学校一直采取的是零容忍的态度。上海校餐事件持续发酵,我们感到有责任有义务向广大的宁波家长说明我校的校餐服务情况,并在此声明和保证我们绝不会使用此类供应商,我们与我们的合作伙伴 SLETO 会全力以赴,确保始终遵循最高的食品卫生和存储标准,严格把控从供应商到学校再到学生就餐的各个环节。
卫生局每月会前往学校进行两到三次的抽查,在配合卫生局检查的基础上,SLETO 采用了许多严格的执行流程,并由我校的设施经理陈旭丽女士和我们的代理副校长郑皓亮先生进行监管,以保证我们提供的食物新鲜、健康和安全:
1.我们学校食堂分别设有调味品储存仓库,粮油储存仓库,冷藏原料仓库,冷冻原料仓库。我们的调味品、粮油、冷冻肉类每周备货一次。蔬菜、水果根据每天用量每天配送。这样,我们可以保证提供给学生及教职员工的食品原料一直都是新鲜的。
2.干货储存区的食物存储超过两天以上即视为过期,学校将严格执行存货周转,以确保不会有食物变质。
3.在厨房里有特别标记的备餐区供员工进行肉类、蔬菜和沙拉的食品准备工作。在备餐区和供餐区,我们均安装有杀菌紫外线灯。
4.SLETO 团队会保存每天准备的每种不同食物的样本,如有学生在食用了学校的食物后身体出现不适,可随时进行化验。这些食物样本至少保存三天。
5.我们的主厨John每月都会进行随机的内部审计。
6.我们会为厨房工作人员分发适当的工作服,以确保每一位负责准备食物的员工都符合最高的卫生标准要求。工作服包括手套、口罩、发网或帽子以及围裙或罩衫。
7.所有负责准备食物的员工都必须到医院定期进行健康检查,以确保他们适合在厨房工作。
8.每周五在学生用餐结束之后,员工会对厨房会进行深度清洁。员工会在每天开始准备食物之前以及在食物准备完成和学生用餐结束后对备餐区和供餐区进行清洁。对于餐具的清洁和消毒,学校有非常先进的Ecolab消毒清洁机器,确保每个餐盘的清洁液和消毒剂都在科学的范围。
9.SLETO 保留可以证明所有食物来源和运输方式的相关证书。我们可提供相关许可证,以证明食品采购途径正规并已通过农药和除草剂残留测试。所有进口食品均附有许可证,可证明相关食品源自正规的进口渠道。

Dear Parents,
You may be aware that some of Shanghai schools are using a catering services supplier that has provided a service quality that falls below acceptable standards, particularly with respect to food expiry and hygiene, and that this has led to serious concerns in their school parent communities and in local government.
We do not use this provider, but I thought I would take the opportunity anyway to describe for you and reassure you about everything that we do with our partner SLETO to ensure that the very highest standards of hygiene and storage are achieved and maintained, from supplier to school to preparation to delivery to your child’s plate.
The Health and Hygiene Bureau comes in two to three times per month to undertake a random spot check of the kitchen areas. There are a number of rigorously implemented processes used by SLETO and monitored by school through our Facilities Officer Mrs Shirley Chen and our Interim Deputy Chinese Principal (and Head of Middle School) Mr Alan Zheng, to ensure that our food is fresh, healthy and safe to eat:
1.Our school canteens have condiment storage, grainand oil storage, refrigerated storage and frozen storage for raw materials. Our condiments, grain and oil are stocked up once a week. Vegetables and fruits are distributed daily according to daily consumption,therefore there is no chance of food being able to run over the expiry date.
2.The food in the dry store area which is expected to last more than two days is dated and stock rotation takes place to ensure no food can go off.
3.There are specifically marked areas for food preparation in both kitchens for meat, vegetables and salads. We have bacteria killing UV lights fitted in preparation areas and serving areas.
4.The SLETO team keep samples of each different food option prepared each day for testing if a member of the school falls ill after consuming school food. These are kept for a minimum of three days.
5.Our Chef John undertakes random internal audits each month.
6.Kitchen workers are given suitable clothing to ensure each member of the team working with food are adhering to the highest standards of hygiene. This includes gloves, face masks, hair nets or hats as well as aprons or overalls.
7.All staff working with food have to go for regular health checks at the hospital to ensure they are suitable to be working in a kitchen.
8.The kitchens are deep cleaned every Friday after food service. The food preparation and service areas are cleaned each day before food preparation begins and after food has been prepared and served. With regard to the cleaning anddisinfection of tableware, our school has a very advanced ECOLAB disinfectionand cleaning machine to ensure that the cleaning solution and disinfectant foreach dinner plate are within the scientific scope.
9.SLETO keeps certificates to prove where all food is sourced and how it is transported. We have licences to prove that the food has been sourced and tested for pesticides and herbicides. All imported food comes with licences to prove it has come through the appropriate importing channels.
As a result of our rigorous processes, careful monitoring and the conscientious work of our excellent provider, SLETO, through Chef John and his team, we are confident here at the NAS Ningbo that your child enjoys a healthy, nutritious, fresh and safe meal that equips them perfectly for the ambitious journey of academic excellence that we provide.
