防疫演练全面覆盖 -唯寻国际教育

2019学年第二学期教职工防疫演练

为切实做好学校新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作，确保开学教育教学工作的正常开展，根据《中共上海市教育卫生工作委员会上海市教育委员会关于切实做好学校新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作的通知》（沪教委体（2020）7号）精神及《徐汇区教育局关于做好学校开学准备工作的通知》，我校根据市教委要求，及时做好开学准备，特制订教职工防疫演练方案。

演练目的

针对当前新冠疫情的发展形势，5月20日起上实国际部（浦西校区）的学生将分批陆续复课。为了健全和完善各条系的分工明确、通力合作的联防联控机制，认真落实市教委、区教育局的指示精神，全面提高教师应急反应能力，熟悉应急处置具体过程，做到早发现、早隔离、早诊断、早治疗，促进学校防控和救治工作的科学化、标准话、程序化。保障广大师生的身体健康，切实提高教职员工防控能力，从而保障教学工作顺利开展，在学校疫情防控工作小组的统一指挥下，5月14日中午11：45-下午13：00上实国际部（浦西校区）进行了一场实战版的防疫模拟演练。

On May.14th, we had an anti-epidemic drill at 11:45. It has seven parts.

演练人员

所有在校教职员工（含外聘人员）。

注意事项

1.为确保演练顺利，所有参与演练人员务必准时到岗，有特殊情况向部门主任请假。

2.为确保自身安全，参与演练的所有人员全程佩戴口罩。

3.请角色扮演的老师事先了解相关操作要求。

4.工作人员做好全程影像资料记录。

5.顾红、张文幸老师担任观察员，负责对防疫演练全过程的了解，发现问题、提出问题，后续解决问题。

演练流程

模拟早晨进校

Entering Campus

演练当天，全体教职员工（含外聘人员）扮演进校学生依次进校，测试学生进校压力峰值。

All the faculty and staff acted as students to line up before going into campus. It is help to test pressure peak.

模拟班主任询问和测温

Morning Inquiries and temperature measurement

卞红青老师扮演班主任，示范班主任第一节课前对学生健康状况的询问与观察工作并示范额温枪使用以及疫情期间相关工作提示。

Teacher Bian, who is the school nurse, showed all the homeroom teachers how to do the morning injuries and measure students body temperature by using forehead thermometer.

模拟课间如厕

Toilets time after class

所有老师扮演学生模拟课间如厕，从而进行课间如厕压力测试。陈健俊和唐巾男两位老师模拟管理人员。

All the teacher acted as students to simulate using the toilets after class. Teacher Chen and Tang are the teachers in charge.

模拟课间接水

Filling the water bottle

所有老师扮演学生模拟课间接水、喝水，从而进行课间盛水的压力测试。林海娟和李前凯两位老师模拟管理人员。

All the teachers lined up to fill the water bottle with water. Teacher Lin and Li are the teachers in change.

模拟午间用餐

Lunch time

食堂工作人员事先安排好模拟餐盒（俞军老师负责），周雪岚老师扮演班主任指导“学生”用餐。

1）上午第三节课下课后，学生可选择用自己的免洗手液洗手，也可以去指定厕所一米线排队洗手。

2）后门处一米线排队领取盒饭，前门进教室在指定教室和座位进餐，全程不讲话。

3）吃完饭后到后门出口处还饭盒。

4）饭后半小时，“静心时刻”班主任为全体学生测温。

After the three period,teacher Yu prepared all the lunch boxes, and Teacher Zhou was the homeroom teacher to guide the students to eat.

Students can wash their hands by wash-free sanitizer or line up and wash their hands.

Students lined up to get their lunch. Please go in through the front door and have lunch. No talking when you eat.

After lunch, students returned their lunch box through the back door.

Half an hour after lunch, the homeroom teacher took the student’s body temperature.

模拟下午放学

After school

1）私家车接孩子，家长告知执勤护导老师孩子所在的班级、姓名，护导老师通过扩音喇叭告知，孩子离开放学队伍上车，家长的车从柳州路口开出。

2）步行、助动车接孩子，家长告知执勤护导老师孩子所在的班级、姓名，护导老师通过扩音喇叭告知，孩子离开放学队伍随家长离校。

Pick up kids by car. Parents told the teacher on duty their kids’ class and name. The teacher on duty helped to find the kids and get into the car to leave school.

模拟课上突发情况

Emergency

由朱世杰老师扮演发病学生，白颖扮演执教教师，处理突发事件。流程如下：

场景演练：午餐前教师测温，发现有一名学生体温异常后的紧急处理。

（1）班主任白颖测体温，发现体温异常的学生，立即告知卫生保健老师卞红青做好准备，班主任第一时间为学生朱世杰（戴上口罩）送到临时留观区。卫生老师卞红青（事先穿好防护服）在临时留观区接待病孩，测温、进行医学观察，并上报区疾控中心、傅筠及朱晓红老师。朱老师报备学校校长和书记；傅筠老师电话区教育局相关部门。

（2）班主任将学生送到临时留观区的同时告知家长学生发热情况，通知来校。傅筠通知俞军立即请物业阿姨对病孩接触到的地方进行消毒；搭班老师对班级其他学生进行医学观察和健康宣教。

（3）病孩离开后，临时留观区立即进行全面消杀。

（4）班主任必须对学生就医后信息进行跟踪。

Teacher Zhu acted as a sick student, and Teacher Bai is his teacher to deal with the emergency.

Scene：Teacher Bai found a student with an abnormal body temperature.

（1）Teacher Bai tested the body temperature of the student and found it abnormal. She told the school nurse immediately, helped the student to wear the mask, and sent time to the temporary observation area. Teacher Bian observed the student and reported it to CDC，Teacher Fu and Zhu. Teacher Zhu reported to school principal and secretary. Teacher Fu telephoned Xuhui Education Bureau.

（2）Homeroom teacher contacted the parent and asked them to pick up their kid. The polluted area must be disinfected.

（3）Temporary observation area should be disinfected.

（4）Homeroom teacher should keep in contact with the parent.
