专家评审&公开投票：12月11日-12月20日

Collection time: from now until November 30, 2018.

我们向德英乐教育集团旗下所有学校及幼儿园在读学生，发出诚挚邀请。

We sincerely invite all our students from DTD Education Group to participate in this activity.

1）吉祥物主题不限，需体现俱乐部形象，阳光、健康、积极向上，符合素质教育追求健康体魄，健全人格和终身持续发展的教育理念。

The theme of the mascot is not limited. It needs to reflect the image of the club, sunshine, health, and positiveness. It is in line with the education philosophy of quality education, health and fitness, and healthy personality and sustainable development.

2）作品创作手法不限，可以手绘、电脑或IPAD设计，甚至可以用立体手工创作的形式，大胆发挥你的想象力吧！

The creation method is not limited. It can be hand-painted, computer or IPAD design, and even use the form of three-dimensional manual creation to boldly exert your imagination!

3）提交吉祥物形象设计图时，请同步提交作品名称，作者个人信息，作品文字说明等完整的设计稿信息表。具体如下：

When submitting the mascot image design, please submit the name of the   work, the author's personal information, the text description of the work, etc. The specific requirements are as follows:

4）作品必须保证原创，如果是爸爸妈妈的idea请不要强加于孩子哦：） 同时杜绝盗版与抄袭。

The work must be guaranteed to be original. If it is the idea of mom and dad, please don't impose it on the child : )

设计作品，和作品信息表请以附件形式发送。

通过海选后入围的作品（12月上旬公布入围名单），将由素质教育部小K老师联系底稿实物收取方式（传说中拥有最多家长好友的专业客服），用于后期专业图形制作。

After the first round selection of the works, teacher XiaoK will contact and inform the method of manuscript collection.

一等奖：1名，最优创意奖，5000元俱乐部现金券、吉祥物入选证书及神秘礼物一份；

二等奖：2名，创意出奇奖，2000元俱乐部现金券、二等奖证书及神秘礼物一份；

三等奖：3名，创意鼓励奖，1000元俱乐部现金券、三等奖证书及神秘礼物一份。

Prize Settings

First Prize: Best Creative Award, 5000 RMB Club Cash Coupon, Mascot Certificate and Mystery Gift;

Second prize: Surprising Creative Award, 2000 RMB Club Cash Coupon, second prize certificate and a mysterious gift;

Third prize: Creative Encouragement Award, 1000 RMB Club Cash Coupon, third prize certificate and a mysterious gift.

本次活动征集的吉祥物设计稿确定后，将进行专业的设计制作，后续将制作成德英乐国际青少年俱乐部相关活动的各种场景。让你的idea从脑海当中走进现实，赶快行动！

评审团将由学校中外美术教师、校外美术机构专业导师及素质教育部工作人员组成，入围作品将通过俱乐部公众号平台进行发布并进行公开投票，最终选出最具代表性的吉祥物设计方案。

The judging committee consists of the school art teacher, the professional tutor of the external art organization and the staff of the enrichment education department. The finalists will be released through the club wechat platform and voted publicly.

评分标准：

设计内容（30%）

内容健康、充实且积极向上；

视觉感受（40%）

结构合理，色彩协调；设计风格统一，内容布局合理，突出主题。

创意设计（30%）

辨识度高、感染性强，易于传播，兼具艺术性与可拓展性。

1）所有设计作品必须保证其原创性，不得侵犯他人作品，损害他人合法权益；且作品未以任何形式公布发表或展出。凡涉及抄袭、借用等侵权行为的，均由设计者本人承担一切责任。

2）所有征集的设计作品，请设计者自留底稿。

3）主办单位方拥有对本次征集活动所有问题的最终解释权。

1)All design works must be guaranteed to be original and the works are not published or exhibited in any form. The designer should be responsed for it whenever the work is involved in infringements.
