Experience the Passion and Responsible Action! | 感受激情，见证行动！

On 17th and 18th May, SUIS Hong Qiao buzzed with excitement as the Grade 5 students presented their PYP Exhibition (PYPX) to the school community.

5月17和18日，上海市民办协和双语学校虹桥校区国际融和部热闹非凡。五年级的学生们意气风发，自信满满，他们要公开展示小学毕业成果展。

The goal of our PYPX this year was for the audience to experience the real-life issues chosen by the Grade 5 students through interactive activities.

今年毕业成果展话题特别丰富，而且都源自生活中真实存在的问题。学生们还在现场设置了各种互动体验活动，让来访者除了聆听观摩，还能真实参与体验。

The Students involved their audience in varied issues related to the environment, health and culture through interactive games, quizzes and experiments besides audio and video presentations. It was wonderful to see the sheer diversity of creative expression.

成果展的话题涉及环境、健康以及文化范畴，现场的互动体验方式创意满满、新颖多样，有游戏、小测试、科学实验以及视频音频，令参观者流连忘返。

The Exhibition was the culmination of 8 weeks of inquiry where students, with the support of teacher-mentors, chose real –life issues that they are passionate about, explored them through research, interviews with experts, experiments and field trips.

整个小学成果展从筹备到正式展出，前后历时8个星期，学生们在班主任和小组导师的共同带领和指导下开展探究。他们从自主选择一个小组成员都感兴趣的真实问题入手，通过调查研究、采访专家、实验验证和外出考察等多种方式搜集所需信息。

The final stage in the journey was sharing their learning with the community and most importantly, taking action to reduce the problem.

探究学习的华彩结尾就是“知行合一”，学生们彼此分享所学所感，尝试以实际行动解决探究的问题。
