学术专栏-文武双全 诺德安达老师带领孩子爱上阅读、勤于锻炼| Love Reading, Love Sports

北京大学校长蔡元培曾说：“所谓健全的人格，内分四育，即：一体育，二智育，三德语，四美育。学校教育注重学生健全的人格，故处处要使学生自动。” 诺德安达学校的老师一方面希望孩子有过硬的学术功底，中英双语能力卓越，更希望我们的学生能有一个健康的体魄。

北京诺德安达的语文老师李琳婷，就对孩子在语文课程的课内外阅读方面颇有经验。

在语文授课中，她比较重视培养学生的阅读兴趣，希望每一位学生能够在阅读的过程中逐渐建立自主学习的能力，提升阅读带来的愉悦感，对语文学习有全新的理解和深刻的认识。

教学以人为本，重视个性发展是李老师一直以来秉承的原则。在李老师看来，语文学科是要将人文、社会、审美、道德相融合到一起的。一个人的基本素养除了受到外界环境影响外，更重要的是来自于自身对外物的认识和自我情感的体验。那么这种认识和体验，多数又是因阅读而实现的，所以阅读在一个人的成长过程中是非常重要的。

在语文学习中，阅读最能够体现出个体化过程的。学生在自我的思维逻辑和情感体验中，逐渐加深对文本的理解，受到启发，从而增加了自己的审美乐趣。

In Chinese teaching, I pay more attention to the cultivation of students' interest in reading. I hope that each student can gradually establish the ability of independent learning in the process of reading, improve the sense of pleasure brought by reading, and have a new and deep understanding of Chinese learning.

Teaching is people-oriented and personality development is the principle she have always adhered to, Mrs li considered that,  the subject of Chinese should integrate humanity, society, aesthetics and morality. In addition to being influenced by the external environment, what's more important is that one's basic accomplishment comes from one's own understanding of external things and experience of self - emotional. This kind of understanding and experience is mostly realized by reading, so reading is very important in students’ growth.

When you learn Chinese, different student present in different ways after reading. In their own thinking logic and emotional experience, students gradually deepen their understanding of the text and are inspired, thus increasing their aesthetic pleasure.

在课堂中，同学们以小组为单位将文章中的几个故事以小话剧的形式展示了出来，他们在课堂上自制演出道具，分配角色，发挥自己的想象添加对话内容，不厌其烦地练习台词，最后通过学习后的反思准确、快速地掌握了文中各个人物的性格特征和文本的主要思想，顺利地完成了学习任务。这样的语文课堂，让他们对阅读充满了乐趣，对知识增加了渴望。

In the class, some students showed several stories in the article in the form of plays in groups. They made their own performance props, assigned roles, added dialogue playing their imagination, and practiced lines patiently. At last, they accurately and quickly grasped the characteristics of each character and main ideas of the text through the reflection, completing study task successfully. This kind of Chinese class let students be full of fun to read, while increasing desire to knowledge.

身为语文教师，在培养学生的阅读兴趣外，她还坚持夯实学生的语文基础，潜移默化地将“听说读写”与阅读相结合。提升了他们整体的文学素养，逐渐培养了他们良好的学习习惯，为今后的语文学习奠定坚实的基础。

As a Chinese teacher, in addition to cultivating students' interest in reading, she also insists on consolidating foundation and imperceptibly combine "listening, speaking, reciting and writing" with reading. It has improved their overall literary, gradually cultivated their good learning habits, and laid a solid foundation for future Chinese learning.

我校铁校长曾经提出：“疫情之下，在没有特效药的情况下，抵抗病毒的只能是自身的免疫系统。拥有一个健康的体格才是一个人最大的财富。”

一个孩子在有了充实的文化底蕴和知识之后，体育锻炼也是学校培养中的重要指标。我校为学生提供室内外体育活动场所，先进的体育设施，让孩子从容安全的进行体育活动。

我们这节体育课的核心是让我们的肌肉更加强壮。老师在线向学生安排每日体育作业并做出详细提醒以避免运动损伤，学生根据要求进行体育锻炼并提交视频体育作业。

Students need to do more sports activities during the time they learn the knowledge through text. On this point, Nord Anglia school Beijing provide in door and out door activities and facilities to students.

During this special period, our online course is specially designed for our students. Student could study normal units and also PE unit. let’s view our students’ home for PE class.

The core of this unit is to develop muscle strength.  PE teacher arranges daily PE homework online and give detailed tips to students to avoide sports injuries. According to the guidance, students upload videos to submit their PE work.
