饮食健康是孩子快乐成长的基础，我校始终将孩子的饮食健康与安全放在学校工作的首位。我们一贯秉承“新鲜、安全、卫生，健康、专业”的原则，致力于为学生提供多元化营养膳食。我校指定SLETO公司为学生提供餐饮服务，SLETO在行业内有着良好的声誉，长期为上海英国学校和上海闵行区诺德安达双语学校提供餐饮服务。

SLETO是一家行业领先,专注于餐饮及相关配套服务的供应商。宁波市奉化区诺德安达学校将与合作伙伴SLETO一起全力以赴，确保始终遵循最高的食品卫生和存储标准，严格把控从供应商到学校再到学生就餐的各个环节。

SLETO将采用许多严格的执行流程，以保证我们提供的食材新鲜、健康和安全。

1. 我们食材根据用量订购配送，这样，我们可以保证提供给学生食品原料一直都是新鲜的。

2. 我们将严格执行存货周转，以确保不会有食物过期、变质。

3. 我们在厨房区域内肉类、海鲜类、蔬菜类、水果类分别有独立加工区域及相对应的砧板及刀具。在备餐区和供餐区，我们均安装有杀菌紫外线灯。

4. SLETO团队在学校建立了快速检测实验室，对食材进行检测。同时会保存每天每种不同的食物的样本，这些食物样本至少保存48小时。

5.  我们的主厨每月都会进行随机的内部审计。

6. 我们对每位员工都会进行严格的入职前培训，以确保每一位负责准备食物的员工都符合最高的卫生标准要求。

7. 所有负责准备食物的员工都必须到医院定期进行健康检查，以确保他们适合在厨房工作。

8. 每周五在学生用餐结束之后，员工会对厨房进行深度清洁。

9. SLETO 选用并保留所有食材来源、检疫证明、运输方式的相关证明。

A healthy diet is the foundation of children's development. Children's diet has been one of the most concerned topics. NAS Ningbo is committed to consistently delivering superior service in the most efficient way on food service. The school has appointed SLETO as our catering service provider. Sleto has been the provider for our NAE sister schools in Shanghai, BISS Puxi and NACIS Shanghai, and they provide a high quality service for our students for many years.

SLETO is an industry leading provider of catering and related ancillary services. We have always put the food safety of our students and staff as the top priority. Along with our catering service provider, we will do everything we can to make sure that the highest standards on hygiene and storage are achieved and maintained, from supplier to school to preparation to delivery to your child's plate. 

There are a number of rigorously implemented processes used by SLETO to ensure that our food is fresh, healthy and safe, including：

1. All the food are distributed daily according to daily consumption，therefore there is no chance of food being runing over the expiry date.

2. The stock rotation rule is exacuted stricktly to ensure no food goes off.

3. There are specifically marked areas for food preparation in both kitchens for meat, vegetables and salads. We have bacteria killing UV lights fitted in preparation areas and serving areas.

4. The SLETO team has established rapid detection laboratory and keeps samples of each different food option prepared each day for testing. These are kept for a minimum of 48 hours.

5. Our Chef undertakes unscheduled internal audits each month.

6. Strict training is provided before boarding to ensure each member of the team working with food are adhering to the highest standard of hygiene. 

7. All staff working with food have to go for regular health checks at the hospital to ensure they are suitable to be working in kitchen.

8. The kitchens are deep cleaned every Friday after food service. 

9. SLETO keeps certificates to prove where all food is sourced and how it is transported.
