每一所杰出的学校都必然离不开杰出的教师。诺德安达高度重视优秀教职工的招聘，集团每年都会在英国伦敦举行大型招聘会。2019年2月，OTOS年度教师招聘会顺利举行，集团在为期三天的招聘会收到了超过400份应聘申请，平均每个职位有找过40位应聘者。

就像我们对学生充满信心一样，我们对教师同样充满信心。诺德安达集团不仅高度重视优秀教师的招聘，对他们后续的职业发展以及长期留人，集团更加关注。比如说，诺德安达集团投入巨大资源创建的诺德安达大学，这是一个极其出色的网络学习平台，可供教师和非教学岗位的员工进行学习。另外，教师们还将有机会享受到伦敦国王学院、麻省理工学院以及茱莉亚学院的职业发展培训。

距离2019新学年开始仅有不到一周的时间，宁波市奉化区诺德安达学校的所有教师都已经准备就绪。上周，新教师说明会和就职仪式成功举办，我校的师资力量从而得到进一步地提升。

Outstanding teachers are an integral part of every outstanding schools. Nord Anglia Education highly values the recruitment of excellent teaching staff, and OTOS annual teacher recruitment event was held successfully in London in February 2019. In three days, NAE received over 400 interview applications and on average, 40 candidates competed for one teaching position.

As we are ambitious for our students, we also ambitious for our teachers. Not only does NAE strongly emphasis on teacher recruitment, but also we highly focus on their professional development and retention of the highest quality teaching staff. For example, NAE has invested a lot of resources to build up the Nord Anglia University, which is an excellent online-learning platform for both teaching staff and non-teaching staff. NAE teachers also have the opportunities to have the leading professional development and training with Kings College London, MIT, and The Juilliard School.

2019 academic year will begin in less than a week, teaching staff of NAS Ningbo have been all set. Last week, New Teacher Orientation and Induction was held successfully, and our school’s teaching faculty has been reinforced.

Every child is a unique individual, and teachers need to pay close attention to the individual differences of students, the education philosophy is the key to guide the healthy growth of students. NAS Ningbo strictly follows the NAE’s philosophy: Be ambitious! We believe that there is no limit to what every student can achieve; we encourage them to be ambitious; we inspire them to reach for their dreams, to step outside their comfort zones and try something new; we will spark their curiosity.
