校长说 优秀的教师和学生 Principal's Message Excellent Teachers and Students

疫情下的诺德安达忙并快乐着，我们可爱的学生们和全体教职员工迅速进入角色，遨游在知识的海洋。疫情下的诺德安达依然散发着魅力，吸引着各路优秀的教育人才。本学期即将结束，而我们新学期的中外教师招聘工作也已经顺利完成。作为校长，我十分兴奋，因为很快，我们就会迎来一批优秀的中外教师加盟我们宁波诺德安达。我问了一些新教师同样的一个问题，是什么吸引了你前来宁波诺德安达？他们的回答让人难忘。

Although all students and staff are quite busy at the moment, we do enjoy every day on campus. Our children together with all admin staff and teachers quickly adjusted themselves into the learning experience of a new semester. NAS attracts excellent educational personnel!  As a principal of NAS Ningbo, I am very excited to share that we have an outstanding group Chinese and expat teachers joining NAS Ningbo. I asked some of the new teachers the same question: what attracted you to NAS Ningbo? Their answers are unforgettable.

诺德安达拥有更多资源

一位中学理科外籍教师这样说，“原来的学校没有足够的教学资源支撑，总会觉得助力不够，但诺德安达有那么多学校，一定能够帮助到我的教学和我的学生”。的确，汇聚了66所学校的全球资源始终在帮助教师获得最新的教育信息。近期，我们的语文教师和数学教师都参与到了中国区双语学校集体教研活动中，收获颇丰。希望如此丰富的资源能够帮助到每一位具有教育梦的优秀教师。

NAS has richer resources

An expat teacher who will teach science in a middle school said: “the school I used to work for did not have enough resources to support teaching. However, NAE has so many campuses and definitely can support the students as well as my teaching career.” NAS Group established 66 campuses worldwide and continually deliver latest educational information to teachers. This is very true.  For example, our Chinese teachers and math teachers collaborated in a seminar with other NA teachers in China where they learned new teaching methodologies.

NAS has human-oriented management

The outbreak of COVID-19 is a challenge to a worldwide educational group like us. An expat teacher who teaches in a primary school is very excited to join NAS Ningbo. He learned through different channels and how well NAS Ningbo cares about the teachers, staff and students. We value every staff member and teacher with the strong belief that the more we take care of our teachers the more care and better education students will receive.

诺德安达的课程设置

不少中方教师都是被诺德安达的课程设置所吸引的。一位中学语文教师就谈到了他心目中的理想状态，也就是我们的以中国国家课程为主，同时融合国际元素的特色课程。教师们既希望能够帮助学生打好扎实的基础，也希望能够在自己独特风格的影响下，更多学生喜欢上语文学科，喜欢上阅读与表达。

NAS has wonderful learning experience

Many Chinese teachers are attracted by wonderful learning experience of NAS. A new teacher who will teach Chinese in the middle school indicated his ideal education experience is to integrate international culture into Chinese learning experience. As a Chinese teacher, he wants to support students in general Chinese knowledge learning and attract more students to love Chinese. He knows that this can happen at NAS Ningbo.

诺德安达的教师发展

来应聘我们诺德安达的教师们都会问一个问题，“我有机会参加IB培训吗”，当得到肯定回答的时候，他们便迫不及待希望能够来到诺德安达。我们对于教师的职业发展是十分关注的，无论教师在哪个年段上教学，我们都会支持他们获得他们所需要的职业培训，以帮助他们站得更高，望得更远。

NAS cares future career development of teachers

The teachers who applied for NAS all ask the same question: is there an opportunity to be trained for IB? They could not wait to join in NAS when they received a positive answer. NAS thinks highly of the future career development of teachers and provides them with trainings to strengthen their teaching skills and abilities, regardless the grade they teach.

诺德安达的国际化元素

一位优秀的具有学生发展管理经验的教师加入诺德安达正是看到了诺德安达的国际化元素。她希望能够将我们的国际化元素和她已经拥有的丰富的教育管理经验有机结合起来，给予孩子们最好的教育。她也已经开始为教授融合课程做准备，希望能够在诺德安达充分发挥自己的教学特长。

NAS has multicultural international elements

Because of the multicultural international elements demonstrated in NAS, an excellent teacher with rich experience in student development and management will join us. She eagers to combine these elements with her experience in order to provide a wonderful learning experience to the children. She will focus on student well-being and pastoral care.

诺德安达的可爱的孩子们

一位位优秀教师的加盟，他们谈到最多的还是“在微信公众号上看到了我们可爱的学生们，都在快乐、自然、真诚地表达着自己”。我们宁波诺德安达不是塑造所谓人才的机器，而是助力学生塑造自己的乐土。孩子们的可爱正是来自于他们的真实，他们的志在高远，他们的充满梦想。真心希望我们的每一位教师能够在今后的教育教学工作中帮助到更多的可爱的孩子们。

NAS has adorable children

A growing number of excellent teachers choose to join us. They talked a lot about “I can see our students who study with joy and live to be themselves. These are recorded by our WeChat public platform”. NAS Ningbo does not act like a huge machine! We personalize our education and support and help children to become the people they want to be. Children's adorableness roots in their nature, ambition and dreams. I hope that our teachers can help more children in their future learning experience.
