12月17日下午,2019上海小学英语课堂教学与教师发展观摩研讨活动区域分享展示专场在万源城协和双语学校大剧院举行。闵行区教研员瞿莉蓉老师、沈雯晴老师、万源协和全力校长、小学部陈洁主任以及闵行区近400位英语教师参加了此次活动。
In the afternoon of December 7th, 2019 Shanghai Primary School English Teaching and Teachers’ Development Observation and Sharing Meeting was held in the grand theatre of SUIS Wanyuan. Minhang District’s teaching researcher Shen Wenqing and Qu Lirong, principal of SUIS Wanyuan Quan Li, head of primary school Chen Jie, and nearly 400 English teachers from Minhang District attended this activity.

开场

首先,来自闵行区莘松小学的英语教研团队为大家带来了开场表演,再现了2019上海市小学英语教师才艺展示特等奖团队节目《Be what you wanna be》。舞台上的英语老师们能文能武,时刻洋溢着浓浓的职业情谊,让与会教师感受到了闵小英们的教育情怀与教育热忱!
First, teachers from Minhang Xinsong Primary school brought us an opening show, re-displaying "Be what you wanna be", which won the Outstanding Prize in 2019 Shanghai Primary School English Teachers’ Talent Show. The English teachers on the stage are skilled in using both the pen and the rifle. They are always filled with strong professional feeling, which made the teachers at the meeting feel the educational feelings and enthusiasm of Minhang primary school English team!

说课

之后,万源协和的徐亚琳老师代表协和团队,汇报了万源协和代表闵行区参加上海小学英语课堂教学观摩研讨活动的三个月磨课历程。这背后饱含了教研团队以及学校各个部门的共同支持与付出。沈琴琴老师和黄琼琼老师也作为万源协和教师代表,就这三个月的共同磨课,分享了自己的心得体会。
After that, Xu Yalin, teacher from SUIS Wanyuan, represented the team to report the three-month process of modifying the course which was on behalf of Minhang District. This was full of the support and dedication of the teaching and research team and all departments of the school. Shen Qinqin and Huang Qiongqiong, as representatives of SUIS Wanyuan teachers, also shared their own experience on this three-month modification of course.

接着,年轻充满活力的说课团队重现了2019上海市小学英语课堂教学与教师发展观摩研讨活动中的说课部分,就本单元的单元目标、单元整体设计、分课时目标以及观课点和老师们做了交流。
Afterwards, the young and energetic presentation team reappeared the lesson presentation part of 2019 Shanghai Primary School English Teaching and Teacher’s Development Observation and Discussion Activity. They communicated with the teachers on the unit objectives, unit overall design, each lesson’s objective and observation points.

万源协和的宋靓老师在研讨活动中取得了教学一等奖以及优秀语言奖的好成绩。在本次教研中宋老师和可爱的孩子们重现课堂。老师和孩子们配合默契,引得在座的老师们不禁赞叹巧妙的课堂设计和孩子们的英语能力。
Song Liang of SUIS Wanyuan won the First Prize in teaching and Excellent Language Award in the seminar. In this teaching and research activity, Ms. Song and her lovely children reappeared the classroom teaching. The teacher and the children cooperated tacitly. The teachers at present could't help but admired the clever classroom design and children's English ability!





随后现场互动环节,区教研员沈雯晴老师先抽出了听课老师们对宋老师本节课的“幸运问题”(教学进度、对故事文本的结构、校本课程建设等)进行解答,再组织与会老师对本节课进行了评课。老师们都认为这节课立足单元,有效设计单课,做到了精致、精巧、精妙。
Then during the on-site interactive session, Shen Wenqing, the teaching researcher from Minhang District, first drew out and answered the "lucky questions" from the teachers who attended the class (teaching progress, structure of story text, construction of school-based curriculum, etc.). Then, she organized the teachers to evaluate the class. All the teachers thought that this class was organized based on the unit with an effective design of a single lesson, which was highly delicate.

沈雯晴老师结合本次教师才艺展示及课堂教学展示,总结了新时代小学英语老师所应具备的几项“超”能力。瞿莉蓉老师高度评价了本次活动,并围绕 T(Team)、C(Characteristic)、L(Leader) 总结了各校学科及教师发展的基本要素。
Combining teachers’ talent show and classroom teaching display, teacher Shen wenqing summed that primary school English teachers should have several "super" abilities in this new era. Teacher Qu Lirong spoke highly of this activity and concluded the basic elements of disciplines’ and teachers’ development in each school with T(Team), C(Characteristic), L(Leader).

此次活动展示了闵小英在优化单元整体设计研究阶段的认识和课堂实践水平,也为区域校本研究、团队建设和教师发展提出了新的要求。
This activity demonstrated Minhang primary school English teaching’s understanding and classroom practice level in the process of optimizing overall design of unit, and also put forward new requirements for regional school-based research, team building and teacher’s development.
