范莹老师毕业于浙江师范大学，获得教育硕士学位。她在双语教育中拥有十年以上的教学经验，曾任教于宁波华茂外国语学校和宁波至诚学校，在双语教学方面拥有独到的见解和丰富的经验。

范老师始终致力于为学生提供积极的帮助，引导学生在完成课程目标的同时立下高远的志向，在学习的道路上秉持初心，找到属于自己的成长之路。她相信，让孩子置身于双语学习的环境中，可以探寻到更多来自不同文化的内在价值，并且让孩子们从多角度进行思考，以适应不断变化的社会需求。

范老师：我一直都工作在双语教学的第一线，对于双语教学我感触良多。最重要的一点就是，双语教学培养的是学生的逻辑和思辨能力。孩子们会在两种语言的重复交替中逐渐掌握语言学习的变化和本质，从而变得更加才思敏捷，并且可以站在不同文化的角度去观察世界和看待问题。

范老师：我会认真上好每一节课，以学生为本，扎实学生的学习基础，着力提高学生的学习兴趣，为不同学习基础的学生找到适合自己的学习方法。我也会积极和同事们共同探讨课堂的教学结构、模式和方法。

范老师：在双语语环境中进行教学，教师之间的沟通和配合显得更为重要。多年与外方教师合作教学的经验，让我知道相互尊重和多角度思考会帮助我们实现共同的教学目标；依靠团队配合去制定良好的教学计划也是我一直以来坚持的工作方式。不论是课上还是课下，我都会积极与外方老师沟通，相互加深了解，分享各自的教学心得，取长补短，共同进步。

Flora Fan

Mathematics Teacher

Flora Fan holds a master's degree in education from Zhejiang Normal University. Flora has more than 10 years teaching experience in bilingual education: she previously taught at the Ningbo Huamao International School and the International School of Ningbo Zhicheng. She possesses unique insights into bilingual education as well as many years’ experience teaching in a bilingual environment.

Since the start of her career, Flora has been committed to providing positive help to students, guiding students to set ambitious goals for themselves as they complete their course of study, and to stay true to their dreams along the road of learning so that they can find their very own path of growth. She believes that children in a bilingual learning environment will be able to explore more intrinsic values from different cultures, and thus be able to think from multiple perspectives and better adapt to changing needs in society.

Flora: Nord Anglia Education is a world-renowned international group, and as a member of the family, NACIS Ningbo is able to share the group's quality education and teaching resources. I believe that this benefits both students and teachers. The school adopts a bilingual teaching model, and students can open up to international perspectives while staying rooted in traditional culture as they prepare for future challenges; the natural bilingual environment also allows students to put what they have learned into practice. All of this is very appealing to me, and I am looking forward to contributing to the development of the school.

Flora: I have long been working on the "frontline" and bilingual teaching is something that I feel strongly about. The most important point is that bilingual education can help develop logical and critical thinking in the student. The child's thinking skills are honed as he or she gradually masters the changes and nature of language learning with the repetition and "staggering" of the two languages. The child is also able to observe the world and examine problems from a different cultural perspective.

Flora：I will take every class seriously, adopt a student-centered approach and establish a solid foundation for student learning while focusing on enhancing students' interest in learning. I will seek to find the right learning methods for students with different learning foundations. I will also work actively with my colleagues in the areas of teaching structure, models and methods.

Flora: Communication and cooperation between teachers takes on even more importance in a bilingual language environment. In my years of working with international teachers, I have learned that mutual respect and multi-perspectival thinking will help us achieve our shared teaching objectives. I have also long been accustomed to the development of good teaching plans through teamwork. Whether in class or outside class, I will work actively to communicate with the international teachers so that we can strengthen our mutual understanding, share our teaching experiences, learn from each other's strengths, and thus grow and flourish together.
