Your immune system plays a very important role in keeping away colds, flus and other viruses. Eating a healthy diet, getting enough sleep and exercising are proven ways to maintain a strong immune system.

Aim to get 10 fruit or vegetables a day, if your plate is half veggies you're on the right track. Make your go to snack a piece of fruit. Make sure all fruit and veg is washed properly! Get a good form of protein; chicken, eggs or tofu are all perfect, this should make up a quarter of your plate. The final quarter can be made up from carbohydrates, rice, noodles, potatoes or bread which will give you the energy for your exercise Combine this guide with 8 glasses or 2 litres of water a day and you'll be doing your bit for your immune system

This depends on age, but we should all be aiming for between 7.5 - 9 hours a night. So stop playing video games and go to bed!

Over the past couple of weeks the G9 GCSE PE students have been taking part in a variety of online exercise videos. I've shared 3 different kinds with you. One focuses on overall fitness, one on flexibility and yoga. Choose one, follow it daily and feel healthier!
