艺术“音”你而“美”，世界因我们更精彩 | The Second Semester 2019-2020 SUIS TV Ⅵ

从初入世界民间艺术大门时的好奇与欣赏，到尝试亲自创作时的学习与感悟，在这四周的艺术之旅中，虽然老师与同学们只能相约云端，但他们的全情投入依然令艺术成果大放异彩。

From the curiosity and appreciation when first entering the world of folk art, to the learning and perception when trying to create in person, although we can only connect online during this four-week art journey, the full commitment of teachers and classmates still makes their artistic achievements shine.

花4小时专注彩绘SUIS定制版俄罗斯套娃、击打自制环保“非洲鼓”并和之以歌……同学们在有限的空间里，用艺术找寻到了无限的乐趣。

Spending four hours painting the SUIS version of matryoshka, hitting the home-made eco-friendly "African drum" and singing with it... Our students found unlimited fun with art in a limited space. 

在上一期SUIS-TV之后，围绕着在线P4C课堂的6个问题，同学们展开了热烈的讨论。有的同学比较了在家与在校学习的不同，提出了“在没人管的时候，也能做到自律、效率高，才是真学习”的观点；有的同学在玩游戏时通过“改进策略、调整方法，最终达到赢的目的”这一过程，感受到了“玩游戏也是一种广义的学习”；还有的同学从“缺少师生沟通、有近视风险”等方面，总结了在线学习需要认真思考和关注的另一面。

Further to the six questions put forward in the online P4C lesson, our students had a hot discussion about them. Some compared the differences between learning from home and at school, and put forward the viewpoint that " a real learning is when you can achieve self-discipline and high efficiency even just on your own"; some students experienced the process of "improving strategies, adjusting methods, and ultimately achieving the goal of winning" while playing games and realized that "playing games is also a kind of learning. Some others summed up where online learning needs to be focused, e.g. lack of the communication and interaction between teachers and students, increasing risk of short-sighted eyes”.

在留言中发现，许多同学不约而同地对“玩游戏是不是一种学习”这个问题非常感兴趣，提出了不少独特的观点。的确，无论是体育游戏还是益智游戏，“玩”培养了我们的兴趣爱好，提升了动手动脑能力。疫情期间的在线学习，带来了与手机、IPAD游戏亲密接触的机会，面对诱惑，我们更需时刻提醒自己，自律的学习才是“真”学习，能够合理安排时间才是“真”学霸。希望同学们都能做到在家好好学习，开学后个个学霸附体，加油吧！

From the messages left to us, we noticed that many students were very curious about the question of "playing games is a kind of learning or not", and put forward different views. Online learning during the epidemic has brought us the opportunity to get in touch with mobile phones and IPAD games. In the face of temptation, we need to always remind ourselves that self-disciplined learning is “true" learning, and who can arrange time effectively is a "high" achiever.

“Little Plant Helpers” are getting ready to unlock the mystery of spring for us! What is the "past and present” life of bean sprouts? How to re-use dried flowers creatively? Halfway through spring, the vibrant plants have “decorated” our campus with greenery, waiting for everyone's return, but you may never pay attention to them or understand their names and characteristics. After returning to school, the planting team is about to start making tags for them and popularizing plant knowledge for us. You are welcome to contribute actively and join our team.
