
鼠年春节,正当我们举国团圆欢庆的日子,新冠病毒引发的疫情,使得我们每一个人都需要面对这突发的状况。为了大家的健康,学校不得不做出延期开学的决定。但延期开学并不意味着推迟学习,学生没有学习任务。整个春节期间,诺德安达集团及中国区办公室、北京市房山区诺德安达学校的各位老师们都在严格按照上级部署落实各项疫情防控工作,同时加班加点、尽最大努力确保即将开始的“停课不停学”期间的网络教学顺利开展。
疫情防控任务依然艰巨,教学工作也要保障。根据国家教育部以及北京市教委的“2020春季学期延期开学期间学生远程学习指导实施方案”的要求,在学生居家未正式返校期间,所有教师需要为学生在线授课教学,充分利用互联网资源以及其它线上教学平台,保质保量地完成教学任务。
远程教学工作组在我校校长的组织与协调下迅速成立,各学部负责人将分别负责制定小学、中学、中外方老师的远程教学实施方案;全面掌握和了解所分管业务教师的远程教学,监督教学质量,确保教学效果;对教师提供全力支持和帮助,协调解决具体问题,对教学中存在的问题给予及时指导和反馈。同时,IT部门也为老师们提供实时的技术支持,助力教学的实施工作。

According to the notice of Beijing Municipal Education Bureau and Fangshan District Education Commission, the school has to remain closed until further notice, for the sake of everyone's health. But the postponement does not mean to stop learning. During the whole Spring Festival, the teachers of Nord Anglia group, China office and Nord Anglia Beijing school are strictly implementing the epidemic prevention and control work in accordance with the deployment of higher authorities, also working overtime to do our best to ensure the smooth development of online teaching for the upcoming "non-stop classes".
The task of epidemic prevention and control is still tough, and the teaching work should also be assured. According to the requirements of the "implementation plan for students' online learning guidance during the postponement of spring semester 2020" issued by the Ministry of education and Beijing Municipal Education Bureau, all teachers need to teach online for students during the period when students are not officially back to school. And we will leverage on internet resources and other online teaching platforms to complete sufficient top quality teaching tasks.
The working group of online learning was quickly established under the organization and coordination of our principals. The assistant head of each department is going to responsible for formulating the implementation plan for online learning including primary school, middle school plus Chinese and expatriate teachers. The assistant heads will fully in charge and understand their subject teachers to ensure teaching quality and effectiveness. And they are going to fully support and help teachers to solve specific problems and provide timely guidance and feedback for teaching problems. At the same time, IT department also provides live technical support for all teachers to facilitate the implementation of online teaching.
在线教学将按照各班课表的安排进行。教学实践为每周五天(周一至周五),早8点至下午3点30分。各位老师会按照课表组织教学,即时在线,安排教学内容,与学生互动,做好学生远程学习的指导。同时,我们还将考虑不同年龄学生在家学习的需求,支持多元化的学习模式,包括项目研习,居家体能运动,STEAM项目式学习,阅读计划等。
线下与线上教学没有本质的区别,都是需要老师将知识点展示出来,让学生理解、消化与吸收。线上教学的老师也都是诺德安达孩子们在教室中所熟悉的面孔。各位同学需要按时上下课,保持专注、认真的学习态度。线下与线上学习,学生用心积极参与始终是学习效果的重要因素。

The online teaching will follow the timetable of each class and will be 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) from 8am to 3:30pm. Teachers will be online to organise classes according the timetable and arrange the teaching content. They will also interact with students and provide detailed guidance for online learning. Meanwhile, we will also consider the learning needs at home for students at different age group and provide a variety of learning models including project study, indoor physical exercise, STEM project learning, reading programmes, etc.
There is no essential different between offline and online learning. Teachers are teaching knowledge so students could understand, digest and gain them. Our teachers who teach online are still the teachers teaching in classrooms. All student need to attend the class on time and keep a focused and serious learning attitude. No matter learning online or offline, the key factor is that student could attentive and active participation.

选择家中层高足、无吊灯且空旷地方开展活动。
任务:
小学一年级同学:练习30秒并脚跳短绳
小学二年级同学:练习30秒并脚或单脚交换跳短绳
小学三至六年级同学:练习1分钟单脚交换跳短绳
初中同学:练习1分30秒单脚交换跳短绳
高中同学:练习2分钟单脚交换跳短绳。可根据个人情况多跳几组。
双臂超人
俯卧位趴在地上,双腿打开与骨盆同宽;像超人升空的一样双臂向前延伸;收回双手时,夹紧两个肩胛骨,带动两臂弯曲呈“W”字;腹部和骨盆不要左右晃动,向前伸臂的时候不要耸肩。
任务:15~20 个来回为一组,2~3 组
仰卧举腿
仰卧躺在地上,双手平放在身体两侧;膝伸直,双腿交替向上举起做上下摆腿动作。 注意:腹部和骨盆不要左右晃动。
任务:15~20 个来回为一组,2~3 组
旋转仰卧起坐
仰卧躺在地上,双腿伸直打开与骨盆同宽;双手“抱耳”,然后卷腹带动身体离开地面做仰卧起坐动作;左右旋转身体 60° ,最后再缓慢躺回到开始的姿势。
注意: 腰痛的朋友避免此动作;绝对不要双手抱头,这样会给颈部太大压力,双手轻轻搭在耳朵上即可;直膝困难的朋友可以屈膝,将双脚平放在地面上。
任务:15~20 个来回为一组,2~3 组
拜年弓箭步
站立位,大腿向一侧迈出同时下蹲;下蹲时,找到身体向后坐的感觉。
注意:双脚迈得幅度越大,对大腿内侧的刺激就越强。

跑——跑的辅助练习
在家中穿上已经擦洗干净的运动鞋,在空地上完成各种跑的辅助练习。
练习原地高抬腿跑,动作要做到上体正直,两臂前后摆动,大腿积极向前上摆到水平,身体不后仰,重心的上下移动不宜过大。
练习原地高频跑,预备时上体微屈稍前倾,脚跟离地膝盖微曲,随后开始原地跑步,尽量做到频率高,前脚掌着地。
任务:一次30秒,2~3 组

Gymnastics - short rope jumping

Double arm Superman

Note: avoid this action for people with low back pain; never hold head with both hands, which will put too much pressure on the neck, gently put hands on ears. People with difficulty in straightening knees can bend knees and lay feet flat on the ground.

Running -- auxiliary exercise of running
Put on the cleaned sneakers at home, and finish all kinds of running auxiliary exercises in the spacious place.
In order to practice the high leg raising running in place, the upper body should be straight, the arms should swing back and forth, the thighs should be put forward to the level actively, the body should not lean back, and the center of gravity should not move up and down too much.
Practice in-situ high-frequency running, slightly bend the upper body forward in preparation, slightly bend the knee and heels come off the ground. Then start in-situ running, trying to achieve a high frequency, with the forefoot on the ground.

体能——传递快乐
在家中空旷的地方开展活动,平躺在地上,选择容易夹取的轻物(袜子等)进行传递,传递的方法是脚夹取物品传递给手,也可以反向完成。传递快乐的规则可以是多样的,练习传递快乐时要注意安全,防止多人练习时,由空间距离不足造成的碰撞。
攀登与爬越——穿越障碍网
选择在家中的走廊或过道等地方进行活动,使用绳子或线设置障碍网,可以设置不同方向与角度的障碍网,设置障碍网时要注意安全,避免发生触碰家中危险区域。挑战爬越运动时,可以单人独立爬越,也可以是一人闭眼,一人指挥爬越。
小学生可以以爬为主,中学生可以尝试跨越动作为主的方法。
跳跃——跳房子
在家中空旷的地方,用绳子和布条等工具,在地面上设置出大小适中的方格状或飞机状等形状的房子,房顶是一个半圆形,随后在每个格子内画上此次写上1-8的数字,8格房子为最基础的数量,准备好小纸团作为投掷物。
活动开始前,先确定活动顺序,第一个人将小纸团扔在第1格内,随即开始单脚跳,在两格横排并列处用双脚跳,跳至第7、8格时,双脚同时跃起向后转身再往回跳,跳至第2格时弯腰捡起在第1格的小纸团,再由第2格跃到第1格外。然后,将小纸团扔在第2格,最后站在第3格里拾起小纸团并跳跃至第1格再跳出,以此类推。
投掷——神投手
在家中空旷的地方,在空地上摆放塑料空瓶子等器材,作为投掷所需的目标物。手持小纸团,离目标物2米的距离,完成亲子投掷游戏,也可以挑战单人投准。投掷时力量不宜过大,目标区不宜摆放其他物品,以免误投损坏。中学生可以尝试较远的距离,或在前方设置一些障碍,尝试穿越障碍投掷。
84岁仍旧奋斗在疫情一线的著名呼吸病学专家钟南山院士,几十年从未停止运动。钟院士给出预防呼吸道传染病提出的建议就是加强锻炼,提高自身免疫力。请同学们从今天做起,完成每日运动打卡。

Primary school students can mainly climb. Middle school students can try to cross mainly.
Jump - jump house
