2019 Fall After School Program Introduction
HQIS 2019缤纷课后班开始报名啦！
total 12 classes this semester.
We take great pride in providing HQIS families with a learning environment that encourages children to grow in a balanced manner. By supplementing our curriculum with a variety of after-school programs (ASP) we can ensure that HQIS offers its families a top-notch educational environment designed to maximize students’ academic performance.
HQIS致力于为孩子提供一个均衡成长的学习环境。通过种类丰富的课后班课程，旨在最大限度地提高学生各方面能力的发展。
The After School Program (ASP) at HQIS is varied and enjoyable, including language enrichment programs, sports, creative arts, fun learning, dances, STEAM. We offer over 50 various programs to students age 3 to 17. There are 12 classes for each program throughout this semester, which would provide the opportunities for students to supplement their interests and expand their mindset.We encourage HQIS parents to consult with our ASP help desk, which located at the Front Office, or you may call 62689773, to get more information and recommendation for your children. We look forward to their development!Middle School and High School students have more options in sports this semester such as Soccer, Badminton, which aims to build our sports team in the future. English enrichment programs are also provided to enhance student academic learning. 
HQIS 2019秋季学期课后班如约而至，一如既往丰富多彩寓教于乐！本学期我们将为3-17岁的学生提供超过50种不同类型的精彩课程，包括语言提升类，体育类，创意艺术类，趣味学习类，舞蹈类，STEAM等课程。在HQIS，我们希望通过缤纷多姿的课后班课程，充实学生们的课余生活，激发学生们的学习兴趣与潜能，扩大学生们的视野。期待我们的孩子在课后亦可受益匪浅！

本学期，初高中部也在体育类和语言学习类增添了更多课程选择，希望学生们在校队成长和学科成长上齐头并进！

• Reminder: Before ASP starts, if the activity is cancelled, activity fees can be transferrable to other class or refundable.
温馨提醒您：正式开课前，若您选择的课程因人数不满而被取消，我们工作人员会联络您更换课程或者退费。

ASP Policy and information
课后班重要须知
(1) Payment Deadline：August 30, 2019 (2) ASP 2019 Fall Starts From September to December 6 秋季学期课后班上课时间为：2019年9月2日至2019年12月6日，共计12节课
Each activity has limited space and students will be registered on a first-come first-serve basis. We encourage you to submit the Registration Form as early as possible to ensure your child is able to participate in the program of their choice. 每门课程都有人数限制，为了让孩子能报上心仪的课程，请尽快提交报名表并缴费以锁定您孩子的学位。
If an activity does not reach its minimum number requirement, the activity will be canceled. 如果课程不满下限人数，该课程会被取消，工作人员会联络您更改课程。
(5) Activity fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable after class start. 开课后课程费用不可以退还或者转用。
(6) No after school on non-school days. 非上学日没有课后班。
(7) No after school bus pick up: Parents & guardians must come to school to pick up your child. 课后班没有校车服务，请家长自行安排接送。
