诺美2018年度青少年心理健宣传讲座周系列活动 NAIS Mental Health Promotion Activities

       活动期间，学校首先邀请华师大李久洋教授，开展《中学生心理特点及应对策略》的讲座。李教授是心理学教授、高级心理咨询师，闵行区教育局特聘“李久洋名师工作室”主持人。曾任华师大心理咨询工作室主任并到日本留学深造。30多年从事心理学教学和心理咨询工作，擅长中小学生学龄前及幼儿心理成长指导。李教授从专业的角度为广大师生系统讲解了青少年心理发展的特点、容易出现的问题，又结合通俗易懂的实例剖析各种心理问题的根源。讲解过程中，同学们踊跃发言，互动热烈。

During the activity, the school invited Professor Li Jiuyang of China Eastern Normal University to give a lecture on "Psychological Characteristics and Coping Strategies of Middle School Students". Professor Li is Professor of Psychology and Senior Psychological Consultant. He is the host of "Li Jiuyang Famous Teacher Studio" specially appointed by Minhang District Education Bureau. He was the director of the psychological consultation studio of Southeastern Normal University and went to Japan for further study. He has been engaged in psychological teaching and counseling for more than 30 years. He is also familiar with preschool and child psychological growth guidance for primary and secondary school students. Professor Li explained the characteristics and problems of teenagers' psychological development from a professional point of view for teachers and students. It the described easy-to-understand examples to analyze the root causes of various psychological problems. During the lecture, the students spoke enthusiastically and interacted warmly.

2018年12月3号，心理咨询马琴老师给全校师生讲了《青春期心理康》讲座，包括：学生心理的分类、如何正确和他人交往、如何正确形成健康的心理。现场互动气氛热烈，同学们积极发言，有所思有所获。

On December 3, 2018, the counseling teacher Ma Qin gave a lecture on "Psychological Health in Adolescence" to all teachers and students. She talked about the including the classification of students’ psychology, how to communicate with others correctly and how to form a healthy psychological mindset. The atmosphere was warm, students spoke and openly participated.

在随后举行的“中学生早恋”为主题的班会中， 同学们就早恋的利弊展开了激烈的辩论。

In the ensuing class meeting with the theme of "puppy love among middle school students", students had a heated debate on the advantages and disadvantages of high school romance. 

       经过一个礼拜的宣讲，学校决定成立以Chris老师为负责人的心理咨询室，位于教学楼403室。学校特聘华师大心理学专业研究生袁晓鸽老师和闵行区教育局配套心理咨询师何瑛老师长期坐班为同学和班主任老师提供专业的心理咨询服务。

The school set up a psychological consultation room headed by Mr. Konitz, located in Room 430 of the teaching building. The school specializes in postgraduate students (Irene) of psychology specialty of China Eastern Normal University. Mrs. He, a supporting psychological counselor of Minhang District Education Bureau, has been in class for a long time to provide professional psychological counseling services for students and teachers.
