Robert Breare先生和Pauline Nord 女士都为诺德安达教育集团工作，他们的孩子也是诺德安达的学生。在过去的几周里，他们在家办公，孩子们也在家上学，家里既是办公室，又成了课堂。

Robert Breare and Pauline Nord not only work for Nord Anglia Education, but are parents as well. In the past few weeks they have been working from home, while their children are studying from home too.

与孩子共处一室的同时，又要保证工作及学习，这给父母们带来了不小挑战。本期节目中，他们向大家分享了一些建议，帮助大家在家工作的同时，也能支持孩子们的学习，更重要的是还能从中获得乐趣。

对于不同年龄层的孩子如何在家学习，他们分别给出了不同的建议，并且强调了保持以往工作和学习日程的重要性。

如果事情进行得没有那么完美，二位嘉宾都表示这再正常不过了，因此不用过分焦虑，保持轻松，并能随时调整就好。重要的是，当你有需要的时候，要及时寻求帮助。

Facing a lot of challenges of having the classroom and the office all under one roof, they share their tips for working from home, supporting your child's learning and, importantly, having a little bit of fun too.

They gave tips respectively on how to support younger and older students studying at home, and how to maintain daily routine as usual.

Speaking of what if things don’t go to plan, they both said that it happens to everyone. So you just need to relax and be flexible. And it is also important to reach out for help when needed.
