受到疫情的影响，尽管大家离开了欢声笑语的校园，在校园的场地上看不到大家的飒爽英姿，但是生活还要继续，运动不能停止。相信大家在闲暇之余还是进行着愉快的锻炼，篮球场上惬意的投篮，足球场上飞奔跑着传球，羽毛球场随意的扣杀，小区的步道上悠闲自得的快走......适合自己的运动就是最佳的的，而且运动是我们最好的朋友，不仅可以给我们带来快乐，还可以帮我们释放压力。

Due to the pandemic, we have to stay at home. Although we couldn’t see your hot blood on the playground, we still need to continue our life and cannot stop sporting. I believe you still do exercise during your spare time. I believe you shooting on the basketball ground, running and passing on the football ground, smashing on the badminton court and brisk walking on the footpath...... The most suitable sport is the best sport. Sports is one of our best friends, can not only bring happiness to us, but also help us release pressure.
