Together Once Again! -唯寻国际教育

As Monday morning rolled around, the long-awaited moment that we had been waiting for in the past few months had finally arrived. We welcomed back all grade levels to school, with our youngest dragons (Nursery – Pre-Kindergarten) returning to campus. Laughter and joy once again filled our Early Childhood Education hallways, as our community was, once again, together!

Although masks hid smiles across our student’s faces as they came off busses and through our campus entrances, their excitement, and energy radiated through. Students easily transitioned back into a new school routine and respectfully followed the health and safety guidelines we have implemented, including the new requirements specifically outlined for our earliest learners. While there were many adjustments to new routines, one important thing remained the same- our strong sense of community.

It is a moment that all of our community should be proud of as we each played an integral part in making this return to campus a reality. We remain humbled by the resiliency, flexibility, and the abundance of care shown by all members of SCIS. A special note of gratitude to our faculty who have repeatedly shown a commitment to ensure the continuing support of our learners, both in- and outside of China, through blended learning.

These past few months of school closure have forced us to innovate and adapt to a new normal. Despite the challenges we have faced this year, we are continually amazed and inspired by the fact that through it all, students have demonstrated their incredible ability to be resilient, positive, and adaptable learners.
