老师，您好 Meet Our Teachers

Jamie拥有宾夕法尼亚约克学院商务及人力资源管理学士学位，并持有美国华盛顿教育学院的教育学硕士学位。在小学教育和IB PYP 以及多种国际课程领域知识丰富。在过去的12年中，他一直在国际学校从事一线教学工作，足迹覆盖了7个国家。Jamie曾在位于成都的一所知名IB学校任教，也曾在中东地区的双语学校进行小学教学，有丰富的国际教学和双语教学的经验。

Jamie相信，每一个孩子都是独一无二的。作为老师，他将通过个性化的教学方式，引导孩子们用好奇心去发现自己的与众不同，在这个全球化和国际化的时代，不断拓宽学生学习的边界，成为终身学习者。

Shay毕业于亚利桑那州立大学，在美国中学已有5年的高中社会学教学经验。他擅长规划和引入有趣的课堂教学，以构建具有创新性和挑战性的教学环境。

Shay对他的学生给予非常高的关注度，同时也让他们承担更高的责任。这与诺德安达教育集团的教学理念不谋而合：致力于培养学生的跨学科综合技能，并让他们具备终生学习的能力。

Jamie received his Bachelor's Degree in Business from York College of Pennsylvania and his Master's Degree in Education from the Washington D.C. Graduate School of Education. He has been teaching and working  in primary education for 12years. He has an extensive background in IB PYP, Common Core, and various International Curriculums. His international experience spans 7 countries world wide and hehas taught as a Primary Teacher at an IB School in Chengdu, China and International Schools in the Middle East.  

Jamie firmly believes that all students truly canlearn, and it is up to us as teachers to approach different learners through personalized teaching and learning methodologies so that every student follows their curiosity to find their difference, broaden the boundaries of their learning and become a life-long learner in this globalized world.

Shay graduated from Arizona State University, and has 5 years experience in teaching  social studies in the US. Shay is good at planning and implementing engaging lessons, as well as building innovative and challenging teaching environments. 

Shay cares for his students while holding them to a high level of accountability. Thus the teaching philosophy between Nord Anglia Education and Shay parallels with each other: both devote themselves to providing transferable skills to the students, and cultivate them to become life-long learners.
