Duncan老师是一位经验丰富、充满活力并且善于激励他人的教师和领导者，他一直致力于提高所在学校的教学水平，保证学生习得知识技能、增强理解力并且巩固所学知识。在过去二十年的教学和管理生涯中，他被称赞能够不断地提升学校的教学水平，并且善于设计中学和体育方面的课程。Duncan老师拥有格林威治大学运动科学专业的学士学位，以及巴斯大学的教育学研究生证书，曾在阿布扎比的阿贾尔国际学校（Ajyal International School）担任中学学生辅导负责人。他已经于2020年1月6日加入嘉兴市诺德安达学校，担任体育、运动和课外活动负责人。

Mr.Duncan is an experienced, dynamic, inspirational teacher and leader who is committed to raising standards and ensuring that students acquire and consolidate knowledge, skills and understanding. He is skilled in driving academic improvements, with a proven record of leading Key Stages in Secondary Schools and delivering whole school PE curriculum. Duncan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Greenwich with major in Sports Science, and a PGCE (Post-graduate Certificate in Education) Certificate from The University of Bath. Duncan was the Pastoral Head of Secondary at Ajyal International School, Abu Dhabi, UAE. He already joined Nord Anglia School Jiaxing on January 6th 2020 as Head of PE, Sports and ECAs.
