诺德安达双语学校自2016年创校以来，始终如一地秉持“因材施教、有教无类”的教学原则，坚持个性化教学的方式。因为我们认为每个孩子身上都有无限的潜能，而老师的任务就是挖掘、唤醒并激发这些潜能，诺德安达双语学校采用了小班化的教学结构，即每个班级不超过24人，在课堂上，老师通常会根据孩子们不同的性格、习惯或学习方式，将他们分为几个小组，让孩子们在团队协作中发挥出自己的特长，这也能使得老师更具针对性地观察每个孩子的课堂状态及表现。

Since founded in 2016, NACIS Shanghai has always adhered to the teaching principle of “Teaching according to aptitude”. The school insists on individualized teaching.We can see infinite potentials in every child. What teachers need to do is to exploit, awaken and stimulate these potentials. NACIS Shanghai adopts the small-class teaching. In every class, the student number is 24 at maximum. During the classes, the teachers will divide students into different groups based on their characters, habits or learning methods. Students are allowed to put their talents to full play through team work and at the same time, teachers are enabled to observe students’ performance and status.

Focusing on the individuality and differentiation of children to the greatest extent is a teaching principle that we have never changed, which will not be affected by the introduction of lottery policy.

上海闵行区诺德安达双语作为诺德安达教育集团在中国的战略合作伙伴，一直以来受到集团的重视和关注。我校教师的招聘来源依托于诺德安达教育集团的OTOS系统（Outstanding Teachers for Outstanding Schools），新学年的教师招聘工作在2019年11月就已经启动，同时，校长也在今年的年初去往伦敦进行教师招聘的面试工作，针对2020学年的教师招聘工作都在紧锣密鼓、有条不紊地进行中。

在OTOS平台中，我们还成立了人才储备系统（Talented Pool），若有符合录取条件的优秀教师，因为种种不可抗因素，暂时无法加入诺德安达时，我们会将其视为教师人才的储备力量，以支撑后续的招聘工作。

目前在我校任职的中外教教师团队中，获得硕士及以上学位的老师占了总人数的一定比例or 35%，新学年的招聘计划也将继续维持上述比例不变。 

As NAE’s strategic partner in China, NACIS Shanghai has always been valued and concerned by the group. Our recruitment resources come from the OTOS (Outstanding Teachers for Outstanding Schools) platform of NAE.The teacher recruitment of the next academic year started in November 2019. What’s more, our principal headed for London at the beginning of this year for the interviews of teacher recruitment. The recruitment is going on in order.

In the OTOS platform, we have also set up the talented pool. In case there are any qualified teachers who cannot join NACIS due to some irresistible factors, we will regard them as reserved talents that may support the recruitment in the future.

Currently, over 35% of our national and international teachers have the degree of Master and above. The recruitment of next academic year will still adhere to the proportion above.

如果您的孩子尚未接触过双语学校的学习环境，此时家长的教育理念就成了尤为重要的核心要素。对每个家庭来说，选择一所新学校必然是慎重而理性的决定，因此，我们建议您在择校前务必充分并全面地了解我们的教育理念、教学特色等信息。只有当家校理念达成一致共识之后，倘若我们发现孩子在过渡和适应的过程中产生了困难，家长和学校才能互相理解、共同配合来引导孩子克服阻碍。

Every child has his/her own learning environment and growing experience, so we should view this question from person to person. If your child has studied at a bilingual school, it is recommended that parents go on with this experience. This type of students are more likely to do better in the transition period and get adapted to the new environment.

If your child has not yet been exposed to the learning environment of a bilingual school, then parents’ education philosophy becomes the core factor.Each family needs to make prudent and rational decision. So before you make the choice, it is necessary for you to get a comprehensive understanding of our teaching philosophy and characteristics. As long as we meet a consensus on education philosophy, if we discover that the child has difficulty in the transition period and finds it hard to get adapted to the the new environment, the school and parents can understand each other and work hand-in-hand to guide the child to overcome difficulties.

No. As of the adjusted choice, your adjustment is conducted at where your registered residential place is. But you can still choose “NACIS boarding” as your first choice.

如果您办理了人户分离，则需要在幼升小信息登记时选择“居住地入学”的方式，从而可以填选我校的走读生类别及住宿生类别，并且可以实现两种分类间的校内调剂，可选的志愿范围将相对扩大，同时，由于居住地为闵行区，如果民办学校的两个志愿均未录取，则需要接受闵行区公办学校的统筹分配。

If you have already conducted separation of registered and actual residences, you can choose “actual residential address enrolment” when registering information so that you can select our two types: day student and boarding student at NACIS Shanghai. And you can adjust between these two choices so that your child is more likely to be enrolled. Meanwhile, since you live in Minhang district, if you are not admitted by our school, you need to accept the allocation of public schools in Minhang District.

持有上海市居住证的外省市户籍学生，在小升初信息核对时，仅能选择“学籍地入学”的方式，因此，您可在第一志愿选择我校的住宿生类别，调剂志愿则需要在学籍地所在区进行调剂。

For students from other provinces who is holding Shanghai residence permit, while verifying information, they can only choose “enrolment at where the student status is”. So you can choose the boarding student of NACIS Shanghai as your first choice. In the case of the adjusted choice, the adjustment can only be made at where your child’s student status is.

诺德安达双语学校是一所一贯制的学校，今年我们给所有在读的小学五年级学生都保证了直升名额，因此，您的孩子在入读小学以后，在当年入学政策不变的前提下，也可享受小升初的直升机会。

NACIS Shanghai is a 12-year school. This year, every Grade 5 student have secured a position to be admitted to our secondary school. So as long as the enrolment policies remain unchanged, your child will be admitted straightly to our secondary section.
