协和高中2015年春季大学展SUIS GB 2015 Spring University Fair

我们高兴地宣布协和古北2015年春季大学展将于4月17日周五下午4:30-6:30在我校举行。作为古北的一项传统，我们将为您呈现一大批来自世界各国的高等院校，每所都有自己的特色和优势。请好好把握这宝贵机会，与大学招生官们沟通、交流，获得一手信息和建议。请注意有一批大学是CIS tour成员，因为他们要赶往机场，所以不得不提早于下午5:30离场，家长们可安排好时间，优先与这批大学招生官面谈。

参展大学名单及展位图：

同时，我们很自豪地宣布，与往届大学展不同，这次我们邀请到了多位大学招生代表给我们的9-12年级的学生和他们的家长提供多场有关大学申请的讲座。讲座将于大学展之前3:15-4:30之间举行。每个讲座持续25分钟，在教室内进行。为确保讲座效果，我们将控制人数。大部分讲座会在同一教室内滚动举办三次，所以错过第一次的家长可以参加第二轮或第三轮。这些讲座的内容都非常实用、相关，请尽可多地参与。

这些讲座主要针对学生，尤其是目前11年级在读学生，所以预留给家长的位置有限。因时间原因，所有讲座都将用英语进行。

我们希望9-12年级的学生还有他们的家长们能从这次的大学展中获得最新、有用的信息，有机会和来自欧洲、美国、英国、澳洲、亚洲、加拿大的招生官亲自面谈。

温馨提示：6-8年级当天下午2:25放学。校车2:30离校。自行接送的家长请注意时间。9-12年级将继续上课直到下午3:05。这些年级的学生需自行安排回家交通，或者在大学展结束后和家长一同离开。

Weare pleased to announce that the SUIS GB 2015 Spring University Fair will beheld on campus Friday 17^th April from 4:30 – 6:30pm. As a GB tradition, we will present you with an array of universities from all over the world, each with their uniquestrengths. Please take the opportunity to talk with these college admissions experts and get first-hand information and guidance. Pleasenote the CIS tour universities will leave at 5:30pm since they have to catch a flight to another city in the evening. Please see the list of CIS touruniversities in the attachment and make arrangements to visit their tables early.

Weare very proud to offer a very special addition to our programme this year rightbefore the University Fair. We have invited a group of 10 University AdmissionsOfficers to deliver workshops to our Grade 9, 10, 11, 12 and Pre IB studentsand their parents from 3:15 –4:30pm. Each workshop will run around 25 minutes in a classroom setting toensure best interaction between the instructor and audience. Most of workshopswill run three times in a row in the same classroom, so make sure you and yourson or daughter move around to attend as many workshops as possible.

Pleasebe aware these workshops are primarily intended for students and our G11’s willbe given priority. There will be limited spaces available to parents and allthe workshops will be conducted in English.

We hope our Grade 9, 10, 11, 12, Pre IB and their parents will find thisuniversity fair informative and useful and a chance to talk in person to universityrepresentatives from Europe, USA, UK, Australia and Asia.

Kind reminder:Classes for Grade 6, 7, and 8 will end at 2:25pm that day to allow some space foruniversities to organize themselves. Buses will leave at 2:30pm for thesegrades. Parents picking up by car please also note.Grade9, 10, 11, 12 and Pre IB will continue with lessons that day till 3:05pm andwill need to make their way home by themselves or with their parents oncompletion of the fair.
