上海前滩，一个独一无二、千变万化的国际新都心即将呈现

The New Bund aims to be a new international city centre

前滩地区是上海近期发展的六大重点地区之一，将构建生态型、综合性城市社区，重点发展总部商务、文化传媒和体育休闲三大核心功能；业态分布上将呈现出多样化发展态势，从单一的办公功能拓展到居住、生活、商业相配套，营造出高度国际化的生活氛围。

It is one of six key development projects in Shanghai with three core features: business headquarters; culture and media; and sports & leisure. Developments include office, residence, retail and lifestyle.

前滩地区充分发挥滨江生态优势，滨江绿地嵌入城市，使城市与自然交织互融。公共绿地面积约为100公顷，占35%，营造生态、自然的整体氛围。

The New Bund benefits from its riverside ecology and more than a third of its 100 hectares is covered by green public space.

前滩地区配置了国际学校、国际医院、公立学校、私立学校、国际教堂、国际演艺中心、国际体育中心、文化设施等，重点突出“绿色、复合、国际”的规划理念，倡导工作与生活、城市与自然、出行与休闲紧密结合，提供多样性城市功能和空间体验。

The New Bund will include Wellington schools, international hospitals, public school, private school, an international arts performing centre, international sports center and cultural facilities. It is focused on the concept of being ‘green, integrated and international’.
