学校在开学前，已严格按照省《春季学期开学学校卫生防疫工作检查清单》和《宁波市教育系统春季开学前后防控新冠肺炎工作实施方案》，逐一落实校门登记查验制度、晨（午）晚检报告制度、缺课缺勤登记检查制度、在校期间教职工和学生健康管理制度、校园卫生清洁与消毒制度、教室和寝室通风制度、“一日一报”“零报告”等多项防控制度，制定开学工作“一校一方案”，并向主管教育行政部门申报，经教育部门查验合格后可开学。

NAS Ningbo has strictly followed the policies from the government and has taken many actions before the official announcement of school reopening. Currently, the school has implemented all the required policies regarding entrance registration, heath and absence report, health management of students and staff, cleaning and disinfection, ventilation of classroom and dormitory, daily report. NAS submitted all the application and has received the approval of school reopening.

为了确保校园疫情防控“第一道防线”安全可靠、值得信赖，开学后，所有学校教职工和学生进入校门一律凭“甬行码绿码+测温”进入校园，严防无关人员和车辆进入校园。同时，为了确保您的孩子健康无忧、进校无忧，我们建议各位家长在孩子离家去校前，指导孩子自行先完成健康检查，体温正常、身体无不适者可到学校上学，到达校车站点或校门口处，依次、有序接受红外体温检测仪或额温枪体温检测。凡是有发热、咳嗽、咽痛、腹泻等症状，不应进校，应及时就医，并向学校请假，报告病情等真实信息。

In order to protect the health and safety of all the teachers and students, everyone needs to show their green code and takes temperature before entering. Unauthorized person will not be allowed to enter. Also, we suggest parents to help take child’s temperature and confirm that his or her health condition is good before leaving for school. Every student will be required to take temperature again before getting onto the school bus or at the school main gate. Students will not be allowed to enter if typical symptoms of fever and cough are detected, and they will be sent to hospital immediately.

根据国务院应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情联防联控机制下发的《公众科学戴口罩指引》，建议学校教职员工和学生在开学后随身携带口罩。在学校教室、图书馆等聚集性强的场所，处于相对密闭状态时，师生应佩戴口罩；师生近距离交谈、个别辅导时应佩戴口罩；学生进入医务室、留观室、测温点时应佩戴口罩；学生在户外运动，人员间隔较大时、就餐时及学生自己的寝室等，可以不佩戴口罩。

According to the official guidance from the government, it is suggested that students and teachers prepare a mask every day. When they are in gather places such as classroom and library, masks need to be wore due to limited ventilation. In the cases of student-teacher communication in close distance or personal tutoring, visiting wellness center, temperature-checking spot, teachers and students need to wear masks. It’s optional in the cased of outdoor activities, having meal, and staying in dorm.

在疫情期间，我校已经加强了校车安全管理，严格按照政府和集团的相关要求执行，同时我校每辆校车配备了防护用品，增加了校车的消毒通风频次，也对校车相关工作人员进行了疫情期间校车服务流程培训。每辆校车上配备以下防护用品：额温枪、应急口罩、免洗消毒湿巾 、呕吐物应急处理包。车辆到校后及下午车辆使用后进行深度清洁和消毒并做好消毒记录。

学校食堂是学生日常聚集的重要场所，学校将食堂防护工作作为重中之重，每日记录食堂采购、运输、加工、售卖、消洗等各环节人员活动轨迹和健康状况，相关人员工作期间全程佩戴口罩。教职员工和学生在食堂就餐时，我校实行餐桌单面就坐用餐。同时，我们保持始终采用的“错时就餐”，小学部为第一批，中学部为第二批。我们也已安装了餐桌上可以设置的临时隔离板，多层次措施确保学生就餐安全。

NAS Ningbo take the protection work of the cafeteria as the top priority, and all the cafeteria staff must wear masks in work period. The school keeps a daily record of staff that is responsible for the procurement, transportation, processing, sale and washing. Teachers and students will be eating in the single-sided dining tables, which are also set up with temporary isolation plates. Students will have different dining schedule, with primary as the first batch and secondary as the second.

根据《宁波市教育系统春季开学前后防控新冠肺炎工作实施方案》，开学后我校会保持宿舍等有关场所的及时、多次的通风和消毒；学生宿舍通风由宿管及保洁人员专门负责，在学生离开宿舍后实施，每日上、下午保持通风。加强宿舍卫生、纪律、封闭式管理，禁止学生跨宿舍聚集活动，严格出入登记，严格进行体温检测。

According to certain policies, the school will ensure that all the boarding rooms and public area being disinfected and ventilated on a timely manner. Designated personnel will be responsible for room ventilation and disinfection in the morning and afternoon. Students will not be allowed to organize gathering activities. 根据省卫健委、省教育厅下发的《关于开展驻校助学健康指导服务的通知》（浙卫发函〔2020〕16号）要求，开学前宁波市各地将由卫健部门牵头，教育部门密切配合，落实向我们学校派驻1名医务人员（奉化区萧王庙卫生院蒋春光医生，联系方式18958239786）担任健康指导员，充分发挥健康指导员的专业优势，加强学校疫情防控业务指导，加强对学校防疫骨干教师和志愿者培训，指导和督促教职工和学生养成良好卫生习惯，指导学校抓好突发疫情的应急处置准备。

According to the certain policies from the government, Doctor Jiang Chunguang, from the Xiaowangmiao Health Center (Mobile Phone: 18958239786), has been assigned as the health instructor of our school. Dr. Jiang will help our school regarding anti-epidemic prevention guidance, enhancing training, and encourage teachers and students develop good hygiene habits, as well as be fully prepared with emergency cases.

我们学校一旦发现师生发热等其他异常情况的，将立即采取相应措施，按如下流程进行操作：第一时间让师生在校内临时医学观察场所留观，被带到学校临时隔离室的师生，复查后热度仍超过规定标准的，由学校医护人员对发热师生进行隔离，进行询问及初步判断，后根据实际情况由学校通知家长或社区将发热学生送定点发热门诊就诊；同教室师生会在备用教室继续上课，原教室进行消毒。保护接触者，配合有关部门第一时间做好密切接触者留观（隔离），加强与管理人员、师生亲属的沟通，加强对未成年人的监护，随时掌握学生健康情况。

Once emergency such as fever occurs among teachers and students, the school will take the following actions immediately: the person will be taken to temporary observation room and take the temperature. If the temperature result is still not normal, then he or she will be isolated and will be sent to hospital. The rest of the students will continue to study in another back-up classroom, and the previous room will be deeply disinfected. The school will cooperate with the local government to better manage with the students who have close contact with the isolated person. The school will also maintain communication with the relevant guardians and follow up with all students’ health condition.

正式开学后，我们将精准分析学情，认真对学生居家学习、网课情况进行摸底，对学习质量进行评估，合理制订教学计划和课程安排。对已经居家在网上学习过的学生，有重点地对已学内容进行讲解和复习，加大对学习困难学生的帮扶力度，确保每名学生较好地掌握已学知识内容，然后再继续新的课程教学。对疫情重点地区不能按时返校或者尚在隔离观察的学生等，我们也会及时开展个别化、远程化的教学辅导和关心关爱，确保没有一个孩子因为疫情而掉队。

校园疫情防控离不开广大家长的支持配合，前期我们共同奋战、共克时艰，衷心感谢大家。正式开学后，希望广大家长朋友能一如既往的重视防疫、主动防疫、科学防疫，一是万不可麻痹大意，开学后不能掉以轻心、继续做好家庭成员日常防护，指导孩子养成良好个人卫生习惯。家长接送孩子时应佩戴口罩，不进入校园，不聚集交谈、不扎堆集聚，若条件允许，尽量不坐公共交通，必须乘坐公共交通时，应全程佩戴口罩，避免与他人接触交谈，送学途中尽可能做到家和校园“两点一线”。二要储备一定数量的口罩等物资，学校也备有一定应急数量的公共防疫物资以备急需。三要爱护好孩子的身心健康，帮助孩子调节好生物钟，为孩子配备合理膳食，营造良好家庭环境，缓解孩子紧张焦虑情绪，尽快适应开学节奏。

Support from our parent means a lot to our school, and we already appreciate their great support in the past two months. We hope that the parents can continue to help us with the anti-epidemic work. Please pay close attention to protect you and your child’s health. Parents need remember to wear masks and not talk with other parents when they send child to school. if it’s possible, please try to avoid taking public transportation. Also, it’s necessary to prepare sufficient amount of masks. Moreover, parents need to take good care of child regarding mental health, bedding schedule, balanced diet, and help with be fully prepared with the school reopening.
