宁波市奉化区诺德安达学校将于12月24日起迎来为期两周的短暂新年假，这正是回顾过去15周学校教育成果的最佳时机。为什么学校在宁波获得好的反响呢？以下的三个原因使得诺德安达与众不同：

让允许我为大家仔细分析以下的每一点，帮助大家了解其适用宁波市奉化区诺德安达学校的原因。

1、我们所有的学生都获得了两次与茱莉亚学院的访问艺术家交流学习的机会（音乐和舞蹈）。这种合作对我们的学生有很多积极的作用：1）它给了学生极大的信心去表现他们学校生活的各个方面；2）艺术能够释放学生的创造力，帮助他们培养自我表达能力并引导学生走出文化限制，鼓励他们以多彩的方式相互联系和合作。我们期待来自茱莉亚学院专家们今后的更多访问。

As NAS Ningbo heads into a two-week winter break from Monday, December 24, it is an appropriate time to reflect on the successes of the last 15 weeks of school. Why have we been successful at NAS Ningbo? There are three factors which make Nord Anglia unique:

1. We deliver transformative learning experiences that go beyond traditional education.

2. Our global scale enables us to recruit highly-skilled teachers from around the world.

3. We create engaging learning environments that ensure our students love to come to school.

Let me take a few moments to unpack these statements and how each applies to NAS Ningbo.

1. All of our students have had the opportunity to work two times with visiting artists (music and dance) from the Julliard School.

This collaboration has many positive effects on our students: It gives students the confidence to perform in all aspects of their lives.

The arts unlocks our students’ creativity and helps them foster self-expression.

It teaches our students to step outside of cultural boundaries and encourages them to connect and collaborate with each other in meaningful ways.

We look forward to more visits from Julliard specialists throughout the school year.

2. Our teachers are very caring and dedicated. Our philosophy is to personalize each child’s educational experience at NAS Ningbo. Our highly-skilled international and national teachers combine their experience and knowledge to deliver excellent academic outcomes in every child. Our students are learning English at a very fast pace. In fact, at our recent parent-student-teacher conferences, we heard over and over again just how impressed parents were with the progress their child is making in English acquisition.

3. Our students love to come to NAS Ningbo for many reasons: Positive relationships are visible in all the classrooms, students have voice and choice, lessons are made relevant by connecting the curriculum to students’ lives, the classroom physical environment responds to students’ learning preferences and routines and practices have a predictable pattern. Further, students love to participate in our MIT STEAM and LEGO Labs and to partake in our well-balanced extra-curricular activity (after school) program.

We are so fortunate to have positive relationships with our very supportive parents and were so pleased that 100 % of our families registered for a parent-student-teacher conference a few weeks ago.
