2019年 12 月 28 日，由上海市实验学校携手“MicroBiz” & FBLA Middle level 共同主办的“上实国际杯”商业模拟校园挑战赛于上海市实验学校成功举行。

来自上海各个学校的同学们聚集到上实，上午九点，上海市实验学校党委副书记陈慧致开幕辞就此拉开商业模拟校园挑战赛的序幕。

比赛共分为“最强大脑”和“模拟公司运营”两大部分，第一部分为“最强大脑”其目的是激发学生对于商业模拟的兴趣，让更多学生参与并了解商业思维的魅力与重要性，并找到自身定位。参赛代表在最强大脑挑战中，共进行两个环节的 PK 。第一环节为知识竞答，同学们在激烈的竞答中学会各类商业知识。在第二环节，头脑风暴中同学们经过团队合作进行试卷问答。两环节比赛过后，经过大赛主席讲解赛制，同学们收获满满，对下午的模拟运营充满了信心。

在丰富的午餐和短暂的休息之后，同学们迎来了第二部分的比赛“模拟公司运营“。所有参赛队伍将以公司的身份参与到比赛中来，一家公司即一支参赛队伍，由 4 名参赛代表组成。今天的同学们在场上都是首席执行官，生产部经理，运营部经理，以及销售经理。他们将首先通过团队的智慧设计出新颖的产品，大到全息电脑屏， AI智能耳机小到贴近生活的智慧创新，如恒温雨伞，多功能加绒卫衣。紧接着小企业家们纷纷向专家们展示自己的产品评分，他们自信的讲解着自己的产品。专家评分结果和产品的档次共同决定着产品基础价值。在确认了商品价值后，各小组的同学开始不紧不慢的投入产品生产。在此过程中，“小商人们”并没有闲着，他们开始各处游说自己的产品优点。他们现在的努力就是为了在短暂的零售30分钟可以再创财年新纪录。场上的气氛时而紧张激烈时而欢快热闹，经常能听到他们的惊呼“我知道怎么赚钱了！“。

经过一下午的运营以及两个财政年的轮回，在22 支团队的激烈角逐中， 2019 届 “上实国际杯”商业模拟赛挑战赛的冠军终于诞生了——T011组（徐新崴、许若丽、杨涵威、郭明暄）. 获得冠军的团队将进入全国赛，让我们拭目以待！

On 28 December, Shanghai Experimental School International Department and   MicroBiz” & FBLA Middle level ---- two famous education institutions jointly organized “SES International Cup” for the competition of Business Simulation Challenge
      The activities attracted many students from various schools in SH. At 9am, Chen hui, deputy secretary of SESID delivered an opening speech to kick off the commercial competition.
The competition is divided into two parts, "the strongest brain" and "simulating company operation". The first part, "the strongest brain", is to stimulate students' interest in business simulation, so that students are encouraged to fully engaged and prepared for the simulation of a company in the afternoon. In the process, students were gaining the knowledge of the business and its etiquette as well as enlarging their international perspective.
   After a short break and decent lunch, here comes to the second part of the challenge. All the participants attended the competition in a team of four people. In a team, each student had his own duty. With the suit on them, they entitled themselves as CEOs, production managers, operations managers, and sales managers today. Gathering the wisdom of the team, each group would first design a novel products and present it to expert judges to set the market price of the products. Then, according to the price, the decision of the number of the products would be made in the team. Many marvellous ideas had been seen during the competition, ranging from the big items such as holographic computer screen to the products just around us like thermostatic umbrellas and AI smart headphones. At last, it was the most excited and intense part of the competition which was how to put up the products for the public sell. What can be often heard is the exclamation from students “See! My money is increasing!” Even though in the last few minutes, some students had to undersell their storage. They had learnt quite a lot from the simulation.
   After two fiscal years, in the fierce competition of 22 teams, the champion of the 2019 “SES International Cup” Business Simulation Challenge was unveiled. It is the team from SESID grade eight ----- Guo MingXuan Team.
