线上教学是挑战，更是收获 Increadiable E-Learning Experience

南北朝诗人庾信在《徵调曲》（其六）中写道：“落其实者思其树，饮其流者怀其源。”

当你吃到树上结的果实，或许会想到结果实的树；当你喝到河流中的水，或许会想到河水的源头；当你学有所成时，或许也会感念当年的恩师。

Yuxin, a Poet from the Northern and Southern dynasties, once wrote: “Those who get the fruits should be grateful to the tree; those who drink the water should be grateful to the source.” The quote also expresses that those who become successful should grateful to their teachers.

目前，全国上下仍处于共同对抗新冠病毒肺炎疫情当中，宁波市奉化区诺德安达学校以保障全体学生以及教职工的安全为首任，在教育部门的号召下，我校线上教学已经于上周正式开启。

线上教学对很多老师都是一次全新的体验，在特殊时期，他们纷纷转行“做主播”。让同学们惊讶的是，有一些平时上课非常严苛的老师，他们在线上竟可以变得如此幽默风趣，不免让学生们觉得一节课过得太快了。也有一些老师，一开始在做主播的时候还有些羞涩、有些不好意思，但慢慢地，他们都已经变成了“专业的主播”。虽然无法在温馨的教室相聚，但是老师们依旧可以通过网络看到孩子们那天真无邪的笑容以及对学习的认真态度。老师们是幸福的！

Currently, our country is still fighting against the NCP and following the policy of the government and education bureau, NAS Ningbo launched E-Learning for the students last week.

Online teaching is all new experience for most of our teachers, and they become live stream hosts during the special period. To many students’ surprise, they found the lessons are quite short because the classes are so fun and meaningful. Also, for some teachers, it took them a few days to become a professional live stream host, but it’s totally worth it after seeing the students’ smiles faces and hard work. Teachers are very happy!

与此同时，我们宁波诺德安达的孩子们是快乐的！虽然线上学习对他们是陌生的，并且在家上课和在学校上课肯定是有很大的区别，但是孩子们对学习的热情是不减反增的。他们认真听课、积极参与课堂讨论、及时完成老师布置的任务，这不仅是对自己负责，更是回馈老师的一份尊敬。除此之外，孩子们会跟随体育许老师的教学视频，还鼓励其他家庭成员一起做TABATA。我们二年级的小朋友还会在对话框打出“666”，以示对老师们工作的认可和鼓励。总体来说，孩子们逐渐从完全放松的寒假过度到了有规律的学习生活。

Meanwhile, our students are very delightful! Although E-Learning is strange to them and study at home is very different from studying at the school, they are full of passion. They listen carefully in the lesson, actively participate in class discussion, and submit assignment in a timely manner, all of those not only show responsibility but also indicate respect for the teachers. In addition, they enjoy doing TABATA and chatting nicely with the teachers and classmates.

面对特殊时期的挑战，我们的教师团队一直在为确保教学最高水准，为学生提供高质量的线上学习和活动而努力。此次线上教学的目标不是让学生们学习新的知识，而是调整学习状态，培养学习能力，从而进行有效衔接。希望孩子们可以继续保持，利用这段时间好好学习，健康生活，珍惜当下，放眼未来。

Our Teachers are working hard to provide students with the high quality online learning. The purpose of the E-Learning is not for the students to learn new topics but to adjust study status and improve learning skills to better move to the second semester. We hope that the children can keep studying at home, stay healthy, cherish the present, and embrace the future.

等将来同学们站在国际舞台上，他们或许会回想起宁波诺德安达那几位优秀的“主播”老师，这必定会成为一段非常美好的记忆！

Our students will remember some of the excellent “live-stream-host” teachers at NAS Ningbo in the future, and that will be a wonderful memory for them!
