An email will be sent to all interested parties confirming which Cultural Villages will run on Family Picnic, as well as which members of the community (families, faculties and students) will participate. Community Members whose villages will not be running will be able to opt in to another village.

Vendors are an important part of our annual Family Picnic event. We would like to welcome you join in us celebrating this wonderful event this year! The fees are 300rmb for each vendor, including one table and two chairs. If you need the electricity, the fees will be 500rmb for each vendor. Please register a.s.a.p to get your table. We look forwards to seeing all of you!

我们将邀请全校家庭以及他们的朋友一起参加盛会，这也将是您面向我们家长做品牌展示的绝佳机会。我们一如既往欢迎您的参与。每个展位300元，提供1张桌子2把椅子。本次vendor的摆放位置将依照您的报名顺序，所以如果您希望能加入我们盛大的家庭野餐日活动，请尽快报名。
