【学在七德】对在线学习意犹未尽？来加入我们吧 | Qibao Dwight Online Learning Programs

Now that all students around the globe have been forced to experience online learning in some form or another, many have seen the benefits that distance learning has to offer and some have found that it suits their own learning style better than traditional methods.  Advantages of online learning include increased flexibility in terms of time, learning at one‘s own pace, and increased options in courses.  In addition, Qibao Dwight students have reported how during their recent online learning journey, their skills in time-management, organization and communication have all greatly developed. 

目前，全球所有的学生都正在进行某种形式的在线学习，许多人已经看到了远程学习的优势，甚至可能发现它比传统方法更适合自己的学习风格。在线学习的优点包括时间灵活性的提高、遵从自己的学习节奏以及课程选择的增加。此外，七宝德怀特的学生反馈，在近期的在线学习过程中，他们在时间管理、组织能力和沟通技能等方面都得到了不少的锻炼。 

Qibao Dwight has been engaging with online learning options since we opened in 2014.  In order to meet our students’ diverse needs and interests, students have taken IB Course through Pamoja each year.  In addition, starting last year, students have begun to enroll in Dwight Global AP courses.  As more students get comfortable with new ways of learning, we are looking to expand our online offerings to interested students. 

七宝德怀特自2014年创办以来一直致力于在线学习的推广。为了满足学生多样化的需求和兴趣，每年都有一些学生通过Pamoja学习IB课程。此外，从去年起，学生们开始报名参加德怀特全球AP课程。随着越来越多的学生逐渐适应新的学习方式，我们希望将在线课程普及给所有感兴趣的学生。 

Qibao Dwight Students have three main ways to engage in Online Learning Programs: Blended Learning Program, Gap Year Program and Dwight Global.

七宝德怀特有三种主要在线学习方式：融合学习项目 、间隔年项目、德怀特全球。

The blended learning program is for students who have interests in academic areas that fall outside the QDHS curriculum and students who want more flexibility in their schedule.  This program suits students with strong academic backgrounds, good time management, and those who are well organized.  Students can take courses from Dwight Global or Pamoja either in lieu of or in addition to QDHS curriculum.  

融合学习项目十分适合对校内课程以外的学术领域抱有浓厚兴趣，或渴求更高学业灵活度的学生。该课程适合具有较好学术基础、时间安排和自我管理能力的学生。学生可以在Dwight Global或Pamoja学习课程，以代替或补充七德校内课程。

In addition to the increase in choices of classes, students will have fewer scheduled classes per week but will need to arrange their own time accordingly to ensure all their work gets done.  Since online courses follow a different schedule than QDHS, students will have fewer exams during mid-term and finals week. This also means that when QDHS has holidays such as National Day and Chinese New Year, students will need to continue with their online classes.

在线课程的课程选择更加多样化，每周课时少于校内课程，需要学生妥善安排时间，以确保完成所有任务。由于在线课程的日程安排与校内课程不同，学生所需参加的期中、期末考试次数相应少。这也同时意味着，在线学生需要在国庆和春节假期期间继续完成网络课程。

The Gap Year program benefits students who want to take the time and space to develop interests outside the QDHS Curriculum.  Students who complete a gap year show significant growth in skills such as organization, time management, motivation and reflection.  In addition, this allows students to be better prepared for entering the IB Diploma Programme or CAIE A-Levels, helping them gain more from their overall high school experience.

间隔年项目极其适合有意在QDHS在校课程以外进行学术兴趣拓展的学生。但凡成功完成间隔年项目的学生，在综合能力方面，如组织协调、时间管理、自我驱动力和反思能力等各方面都有显著提升。此外，此课程可让学生为IB DP或CAIE A-Levels做充分准备，使他们从高中生活中获益更多。

Courses use the model of a blended, flipped synchronous seminar approach with a college-style class schedule. This model is blended because it mixes synchronous (real-time, online, video-based, virtual classroom) and asynchronous (recorded lectures and seminars, and other pre-existing materials available on demand) components.  This model is flipped because students are expected to watch the lectures before they come to class, so that seminar time can be used for active discussion.  Classes meet for two hours per week of synchronous lessons. 

课程采用融合、翻转同步研讨的大学课堂式教学方法。模式由多种课程融合，结合了同步（实时、在线、视频教学、虚拟教室）和不同步（录制的讲座或研讨会，以及各种教学素材）两种教学方法。该教学是翻转课堂模式，要求学生在课前进行内容预习，将在堂内时间更多用于积极高效的学术研讨。学生每门课程每周有两小时的同步课堂时间。

Pamoja works with the IBO and CAEI to offer certain IB, A-level, and IGCSE courses to students from schools around the world.  A student’s typical schedule in a week consists of two smaller assignments and one large assignment with a live lesson approximately once every two weeks.  Each week’s work starts on a Wednesday and ends on the following Tuesday. 

Pamoja与IBO和CAEI合作，为来自世界各地学校的学生提供IB、A-level和IGCSE课程。一个学生的典型周计划包括两个较小作业和一个较大作业，大约每两周上一次实时同步课程。每周学习从周三开始，到次周二结束。 

All course work and exams are completed through the Pamoja platform following the Pamoja schedule. Classes start in September and finish at the end of May.  Holiday schedules may not match QDHS holidays meaning students will have to complete Pamoja work during China National Day holiday and Lunar New Year.  Reports are issued 3 times per year which include a grade and a comment.  Final IB, IGCSE, and A-Level exams will take place at QDHS along with other students. 

所有课程作业和考试均遵循Pamoja时间表通过Pamoja平台完成。九月份课程开始，五月底结束。假期安排或与QDHS假期不同步，这意味着学生必须在国庆假期和农历新年期间完成Pamoja学习。报告每年发布3次，包括得分和评价。期末IB、IGCSE和A-Level考试将在QDHS和其他学生一起进行。
