Dear HQIS Community，

亲爱的HQIS社区，

As you may know, the COVID-19 pandemic in China is fortunately stabilizing. On April 18th, the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission released the official arrangements for returning to school in batches for all the non-graduating students of all grades in Shanghai.We are one step closer to school reopening!

随着春暖花开，寒冬散去，疫情在中国已逐渐趋于稳定。4月18日，上海市教委发布了上海非毕业年级分批返校开学的安排，我们距离开学又迈近了一步。

Since the early stages of the pandemic, HQIS has been working closely with the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission. At present, we are acting in accordance with the requirements of the Commission to prepare for the school reopening.

HQIS一直和教委保持着密切的联络。目前，我们正在根据教委要求积极行动，确保做好开学前的各项准备工作。

Full Decontamination and Sanitation 

校园全面清洁消毒

According to the requirements of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission (SMEC),  We implemented a series of cleaning and disinfecting processes extended to all the indoor and outdoor areas of or campus. Every single area of our campus has been fully decontaminated by our cleaning team: classrooms, bathrooms,  offices, café, canteen, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, corridors, elevators, etc. High touch surfaces, such as handles, rubbish bins, taps, dispensers, toilet flush handles and buttons, handrails, received multiple treatments.

根据教委要求，学校实施了一系列的清洁和消毒措施，包括了教室、办公室、图书馆、洗手间、户外活动场所、食堂等区域，安排非常详尽，涵盖了校园所有室内和室外区域。对于一些经常触碰的物体表面，如门把手，扶手，水龙头，座便器等，保洁团队还专门增加了擦拭消毒频次。

At the same time, the school has been equipped with a large amount of top-notch disinfecting products and prevention devices, encouraging all of our staff to take all the necessary measures for self-protection.

同时，为了保证顺利开学，学校已经采购了完善的防疫和消毒物资，督促大家做好个人防护措施。

Prevention and Control

严格规范入校流程

Our security and prevention protocols have been tightened to ensure maximum safety. We installed thermal cameras on the two entrances of our campus, and safety lines have been put to ensure 1 meter of distance between people while queuing. The school has remained closed to all non-essential staff and strict safety measures have been implemented for all personnel who have been working at school, including entrance registration and health screening.

我们加强了入校流程和相应防范措施，以确保大家最大程度的安全。校门处安装了红外线测温设备，做好校园防控的第一道防线，同时还设有一米隔离线，避免排队时大家间隔距离过近。

The school will only be accessible through the main door, only authorized vehicles are allowed to enter from the back gate. Each person needs to follow this procedure in order to enter:
