Candice obtained a master's degree in Oversea Chinese Education from Jilin University and a master's degree in Chinese Language Studies from Brandeis University, USA with outstanding results. With extensive knowledge in literature and poetics, she is a graceful lady who has taught Chinese for over eight years. She has students all over China, South Korea and the United States. She was awarded the title of Outstanding Teacher by the Confucius Institute in the University of Connecticut.

Candice aspired to be an excellent Chinese teacher from an early age. So while studying at university, she was keen on the accumulation of professional knowledge and laid a solid foundation. Meanwhile, she continued to explore in language teaching practice and was selected as a Chinese language teaching volunteer of Hanban (Confucius Institute Headquarters) to Korean primary and secondary schools. In Korea, she constantly learned from her experience and developed a set of unique Chinese teaching methods suitable for the learning style and characteristics of Korean middle school students. In 2013, Candice was selected as a teaching volunteer at US primary and secondary schools by the American University Council. She adopted the immersive teaching method and effectively developed her students' flexible thinking and cognition. In return, she learned much from this experience.

Candice is willing to accept challenges and likes to explore new worlds. She has set foot on many parts of the world and enjoyed the barren precipices, the sunset of winter, the wind of the wilderness, and the touch of the ancient ruins. These rich and interesting experiences are the most vivid teaching materials in her classroom. She believes that the best education is to make an example of oneself. With her love for different cultures and her passion for the Chinese language and literature, she opens a window for her students into a broader horizon.

You can travel thousands of miles if you do not stop, and build a vast building if you have a strong will. Candice believes that her passion makes her focus and enjoy, and the teaching career makes the carrier of her passion.

Susie graduated from the Art Education Department of the Art College, Harbin Normal University. Then she studied as a postgraduate at the Xu Beihong School of Art, Renmin University of China, where she participated in the design of High-quality Courses and published many high-quality papers on arts, culture and education. In the past 15 years, Suise has taught at universities and participated in textbook compilation and teaching reform programs. She also served as an art teacher and head teacher in international schools. She headed study tours to foreign countries. Suise has an artistic vision and teaches with an international model.

Suise believes that an excellent art work not only reflects drawing skills, it should also serve as a demonstration of the painter's cultural knowledge and the brilliance of his philosophical thinking. As a fine arts educator, one must have eyes for the talents of students. She advocates teaching methods tailored to the students’ aptitude, and advocates inquiry-based and project-based learning that develops visual perception and expressiveness according to ages of the students. For students at the elementary school, the teaching should mainly focus on the discovery, exploration, and expression of their feelings. They should be encouraged to discover elements of beauty in nature and develop their creativity and expressiveness. At the junior high school level, the students should expand their horizons, learn to appreciate good paintings, find relevant literature, and develop teamwork and communication skills. In the high school stage, students are encouraged to finish projects with different media and skills.

A teacher of sincerity attracts admiration. Suise has trained a large number of outstanding students with her artistic talent and advanced educational concepts. Her students have won gold awards in large competitions in China and abroad. They even presented at awards ceremony of the United Nations. Many of her students studied at top 10 art schools abroad. Art has no borders. Suise will maximize her students’ potential and help them become excellent talents for the international arena.
