一场疫情，把我们“聚在”了一起，无论地域，无关国籍。

在诺德安达，66所学校的老师和学生们，来自全球29个国家，疫情期间，无论是在中国，还是在世界各地，大家的心一直相连，老师为职责和使命坚守在教学一线，学生们用乐观和感恩坚守。在这段彼此鼓励、相互沟通的日子里，我们的校园文化和家校感情更近一步，而这一切，都将一直落实到孩子们教育中，成为滋养他们成长的养料！

During the outbreak, whether staying in China or travelling around the world, our students in 66 schools across 29 countries engage as one Nord Anglia Family. Teachers are working on the Nord Anglia Virtual Learning experience, to give our students the tools and knowledge the need to continue their learning from home.

We believe there is no limit to what our students can achieve. So, we encourage them to be ambitious. To empower our students to become culturally rich, internationally minded bilingual life-long learners with a global vision. To reach for their dreams and beyond that to make a difference, to make things better, throughout our world.

在诺德安达的“云课堂”， 66所学校的全球网络与时俱进，根据老师的教学需求，调整线上教学的资源。每天，超过9000多名老师紧密合作，通过STEAM跨学科的课程设置和全球校园学习平台上的数千种教学资源，确保我们的每个学生获得独特的个性化学习体验；引导孩子们在学习知识的同时，结合在疫情中的真切体会，思考自己的责任与使命，与时代共振。

We’re using our global network of 66 schools to constantly develop materials, and our teachers have access to thousands of resources tailored to our various curricula. Every day, our 9,000 teachers are closely collaborating and sharing best practice globally to ensure our students receive an exceptional personalized experience through our interdisciplinary curriculum and Global Campus. In the meantime, we encourage our students to reflect on what they can learn behind this difficult time – to be adaptable, resilient, knowledgeable and responsible. 

诺德安达教育集团的合作伙伴，麻省理工学院和茱莉亚学院，也为我们的学生调整了现阶段的教学目标与教学素材。我们的姐妹学校宁波市奉化区诺德安达学校的茱莉亚表演艺术老师，就在线上学习平台带领孩子们拉开了“云音乐会”的序幕。同学们身着校服，通过每一个演奏，表达自己对疫情的关注。现场表演不仅丰富了学生在家的学习体验，老师也通过表演艺术引导他们的情感，为孩子们树立信念，让他们真实自信地表达自我——尽管黎明前总有黑暗，但年少拥有的梦想，将会打破黑暗的落寞。

Our collaboration partners The Juilliard School and MIT have already developed and continue to develop materials for our students. The performing arts teachers from our sister school Nord Anglia School Ningbo worked with their students to hold a concert online. The students expressed their feelings through their performance which can not only enrich their learning experience, but also improve their capacity of honest and confident self-expression.

在诺德安达，我们鼓励学生尝试不同的学习方法，自主学习，既是勤于思考的学习者，同时也是善于反思、帮助别人的教学者，孩子们不仅可以安排自己的学习计划，还可以根据学习的进展，从资料的来源、目的、价值、局限等方面对进行分析评判。

当然，自主学习的能力并非生而有之，我们的老师在孩子们学习过程中，通过个性化的教学方法，为学生提供他们需要的工具和资源，引导和帮助学生不断提升自我管理的能力，使学生成为自信独立的学习者。

At Nord Anglia, we offer students an education that goes beyond grades, and prepares them to achieve more than they thought possible. Our teachers support students to try various ways to improve their self-management ability and to become independent learners. They can make their own learning plan and analyse the materials.

We know independence and self-directed ability is not inherent in our nature. At Nord Anglia, our teachers will provide the students the tools and resources they need through personalised teaching methods to guide them improve the ability of self-management, which enables them to become confident and independent learners.

虽然少了现实课堂中的学习氛围，但老师们相信，这次的诺德安达“云课堂”给予孩子更多独立成长空间的机会。老师们和孩子们共同制定一致的学习目标，根据学生情况设定不同的学习任务，观察并教导学生对个人学习习惯进行有效评估，并为他们设计多种反馈方式……我们相信，当孩子们重新回归课堂，他们的内心将变得更强大，更加自信和从容地面对生活。

Although the learning atmosphere online is unlike real classrooms, we believe our virtual school experience will offer more opportunities for children to grow independently. Teachers are continuously monitoring all our virtual school activities to ensure students’ wellbeing is front of mind.  Both national and international teachers work with children to set learning objectives and tasks and to teach them to evaluate their own learning habits.  We believe they will be stronger when they come back to the campus.

在诺德安达，师生之谊，同窗之情，并没有因为疫情不能见面而淡。相反，宅在家中的孩子们，透过视频看到久违的老师和同学，都止不住地兴奋，好像又回到了校园：佛山市诺德安达学校的孩子们在线以诗会友，彼此鼓励；北京市房山区诺德安达学校和深圳龙华区诺德安达双语学校的学生们，把家变成了运动场，一起挥汗如雨；上海闵行区诺德安达学校，中学部的学生在“云”班会上就开学后的班级规划的建言献策……

In our schools, the children at home are excited when they meet each other online. For instance, the students from Nord Anglia School Foshan wrote poems online to encourage each other; the children from our Beijing and Shenzhen schools completed exercises at home and shared their results with each other; some from the Secondary in NACIS Shanghai gave their own suggestions around class management.

山川异域，风月同天。

岂曰无衣，与子同裳。

乔木亭亭倚苍盖，栉风沐雨自担当，成人达己，一直都是诺德安达的价值观；桃李不言，下自成蹊，诺德安达的学子，用一颗颗炽热的心，在疫情的风雨中，陪伴彼此前行。

相信在这场疫情过后，孩子们将更加懂得反思、探究、交流和关爱，用开阔的胸襟和渊博的知识在不断变化的世界中坚持梦想，阔步向前。

“莫道春光难揽取，浮云过后艳阳天”，让我们一起期待，在校园里相见的时刻！

We believe our students will be more reflective and caring after going through this difficult time, they will continue to pursue their dreams with a thirst for knowledge and the vision to change the world for the better.
