诺德安达学子成功升学国际高等学府|NAE students achieve pathways to global success

Nord Anglia Education has been helping students excel for almost 50 years with a strong track record of outstanding academic results and acceptances for students to the world’s top universities. We asked Jian Tang, Chairman for Nord Anglia’s China Bilingual schools, and Stacy Wallace, CEO of the China Bilingual region, to tell us more about the Nord Anglia difference and its pathways to global success.

Jian Tang (JT): “When we ask parents what they want for their child, they often tell us that they want their child to excel in whatever they do. Whilst this will look different to different people, parents are commonly looking for their child to achieve outstanding academic outcomes and the attributes and experiences which will give them the edge when applying to university and forging careers in a rapidly changing workplace. Stacy Wallace (SW) ：“我们学生的成绩一直高于世界平均分。上海闵行区诺德安达双语学校的第一批毕业生全部通过IBDP考试，比世界平均成绩高出20%。另外，他们还都获得了双语证书，这个证书是熟练掌握英语和汉语的证明。”

JT: “We are very proud of our students’ achievements. Each year they attain outstanding results in some of the world’s most rigorous qualifications. Nord Anglia students regularly score 40-45 points in the International Baccalaureate Diploma which is in the global top 10% of scores and required by the world’s top universities.”

Stacy Wallace (SW): “Our students consistently exceed world averages. Our first graduating cohort from Nord Anglia Chinese International School Shanghai (NACIS) achieved a 100% pass rate for the IB Diploma, more than 20 percentage points higher than the world average. What is more, they were all awarded bilingual diplomas, a testament to their mastery of English and Mandarin Chinese.”

SW：“我们很多同学都认为老师是他们能取得好成绩的关键因素。我们采取小班制教学，每个班24名学生左右，这让老师能够了解每一位学生，清楚他们的优势、天赋以及他们有待提高的地方。通过个性化教学和鼓励学生超越自我，我们的老师因材施教，帮助孩子们树立信心，督促他们进步。

SW: “Many students credit their teachers as a key factor in their success. Small class sizes of 24 students mean our teachers get to know each student, their strengths and talents, as well as areas we can further develop.
