王培颖老师毕业于爱丁堡大学，并获得了舞蹈科学和教育硕士学位，并且还拥有舞蹈学的音乐学学士学位。 王培颖老师学习舞蹈已有12年以上的时间，并在中国和英国都有丰富的舞台表演经验和教学经验。 她善于通过激发学生的潜力和激发学生对舞蹈的兴趣来鼓励他们参与舞蹈课，她还在舞蹈教学方法和综合艺术方面进行学术研究。 她的教学理念是为学生提供专业的舞蹈训练去培养学生们发展神经生理和心理技能的能力，以调节和推动他们的运动能量以及在构成他们在舞蹈中的心理和情感的表达。

Ms. Audrey Wang was graduated from The University of Edinburgh with a master’s degree in Dance Science and Education, she also holds a bachelor’s degree in Musicology majoring in dance. Ms. Audrey has been learning dance for more than 12 years, with extensive stage performance experience and teaching experience in both China and UK. Adept at encouraging students to participate in dance classes by stimulating students' potential and inspiring students' interest in dance, she is also doing academic research in dance pedagogy and integrated art. Her teaching philosophy is providing dance training and preparing students to develop neuro-physiological and psychological skills in order to adjust and propel their motor energy, and mental and emotional expression into the dances they compose.

作为一名专业舞者，我已经跳了将近12年。我非常喜欢跳舞，并且我为我的专业感到骄傲。舞蹈不仅仅是我的职业，更是我生活的一部分。学习舞蹈使我成为一个更美好的人，它激发了我的自信心和自律心。

As a professional dancer, I have been dancing for almost 12 years. I love dancing more than anything and I’m proud of my major. Dance is not only my career but part of my life. Learning dance has made me a better person, it has activated my confidence and self-discipline both physically and mentally.

我曾学习过中国民间舞蹈和古典舞，芭蕾舞，爵士，尊巴舞，现代舞的训练，目前正在学习街舞。 我喜欢学习不同的舞蹈类型，因为我认为它们是相互关联的，通过学习，它也可以帮助我探索我身体更多的可能性。

舞蹈是一种主要的艺术形式，可以激发孩子们的自我意识，生存意识以及对周围世界的感知和理解。

作为一名舞蹈老师，我喜欢以参与和学习的方式去教学，在这些课程中，学生可以积极参与和互动。 并且我喜欢为我的学生创造一个身体和情感上安全的学习环境，因此他们通过学习可以变得越来越自信和积极，他们有足够的自由和空间进行自我表达和创造性活动。

I have been trained in Chinese folk and classical dance, Ballet, Jazz, Zumba, Modern dance, and currently learning Hip pop. I love learning different dance genres because I think they are interrelated, through learning, it can help me explore the possibilities of the body.

Dance is a major art form that has the stimulation of children's consciousness of themselves, of being alive and of perceiving and understanding the world around them.

As a dance teacher, I love a lot of participation and lessons where have student active engagement and interaction. I love to create a physical and emotionally safe environment for my students, so they have freedom and space do self-expression and creative activities, through learning they become more and more confident and positive.
