园长，您好 National Head of Early Years 幼儿园中方园长-韩杰 Kathy Han

韩杰园长拥有14 年幼教行业教学、教研和园区管理经验。加入嘉兴市诺德幼儿园之前，曾在上海及江苏多所知名幼儿园先后担任过教师、教研主任、早教主管、副园长等职务，有10年的幼儿部混龄教学经验。韩杰女士还在上海两所“协和系”幼儿园任职，并在这些幼儿园的发展中充当了重要的角色。

Kathy Han, our National Head of Early Years, has 14 years' experience in teaching, research and management of preschool education including 10 years in mixed-age teaching. Before joining Nord Anglia Education, Kathy had been working in many well-known kindergartens in Shanghai and Jiangsu province including two kindergartens of Xiehe Group where she played a crucial role in their development, she served as a variety of roles in teacher, Early Education Director, Research Group Leader and Vice-Principal.

在从事幼儿教育多年之后，她始终坚信“以儿童为中心”的理念。韩杰女士非常认同诺德安达在沉浸式的双语环境中，通过个性化、情境式游戏培养幼儿自主学习的教育方法。同时，韩杰女士持有园长证、幼儿教育资格证书、高级育婴师等资格证书。精通中英文和国内外幼儿课程体系和教学管理的她擅长与来自不同国家和文化背景的家庭深度沟通。

Kathy has been driven by the philosophy “children centered” after many years’ working experience in early years education. She cannot agree with us more about our educational method to encourage children’s independent learning through personalized and interactive games in a truly bilingual environment. Kathy holds Kindergarten Principal Certification, Senior Nursery Teacher Certificate and Professional Title Certificate.  She excels at communicating with families from different countries and cultures with proficiency in both Chinese and English and deep understanding in domestic and international preschool curriculum systems and teaching management.
