Our Diverse Community Celebrating Together

Each year, SCIS hosts celebrations on each of our three campuses highlighting the diverse national make-up of our learning community. Events like the United Nations International Day of Peace, for example, truly showcase the uniqueness that makes up the DNA at SCIS.

We invite you to read through the pages of our latest Communitas magazine to see highlights of individual and collective cultural identity, as well as intercultural understanding, and the incredible creativity, diversity, and beauty that exists within our school and the wider community.

In a sudden moment of empathy, grade 10 student, Sevillana Ettinger, wrote Salty Water; a song dedicated to the refugees of the Syrian crisis. Hear from the artist herself on how her journey of creating beautiful music and inspiring people to act began.
