陈瑞 Rachel Chen

陈老师拥有南京师范大学中国文学硕士学位，毕业后一直任教于国内知名双语学校，熟知IB教育理念，有着丰富的教授MYP和DP的经验。陈老师一直走在语言与文学课程的探索之路上。

做为一名双语学校中的中文教师，陈老师深知在多元文化的环境中帮助孩子了解本国文字与文化，产生民族自信心与认同感的重要性。陈老师一直致力于激发学生对文化的热爱，帮助孩子们探索文学对于人生的意义所在。

同时，陈老师认为，双语教育一方面尊重学生个性，让学生成为独特的自己；另一方面，双语教育能让学生更加全面的发展。双语教育可以更好地培养学生的交流沟通能力和国际情怀。陈老师理解双语教育带给学生的挑战，并一直致力于帮助孩子们适应环境和课程的转换，提升他们的自我管理能力。陈老师非常了解中学年龄段孩子的特点，能很快地融入他们；在课堂管理上，能让学生们快速进入课堂状态并保持专注力；在授课上，陈老师能做到因材施教，尊重每个学生的个性，实施个性化教学。

Rachel Chen graduated with a Master 's degree in Chinese Literature from Nanjing Normal University. After graduation, she has been teaching in a well-known bilingual school in China. She is very familiar with IB education philosophy and has rich experience in teaching MYP and DP. She has been exploring the language and literature curriculum.

Rachel knows the importance for students to understand the native language and its culture, which produces the national self-confidence and identity of our students. Meanwhile, students are expected to have an inclusive and open mind and respect multiculturalism and have an international vision.

Rachel understands the challenges for students to learn and study in a bilingual school and is committed to helping children adapt to the changing environment and curriculum and improve their self-management skills. Rachel can quickly integrate into her students. She is good at helping students to concentrate in class and carrying out personalised learning for each student.

Primary Teacher-Chinese Language and Literacy

潘珍妮 Zhen Ni Pan

潘老师拥有香港教育大学教育学硕士学历，毕业后一直在香港地区从事中小学中文课程的教学，学生主要为香港本地学生及国际学生。潘老师十分熟悉PYP、MYP，BP课程，并拥有课程研发，课程设计，教材编写及教学培训等相关经验。

潘老师认为双语学生能够掌握至少两种语言，这使得他们在未来全球化进程中拥有巨大的语言优势。

在香港任教的经历让潘老师一直保持在自己的教学领域不断探索，并能够用跨学科的各种教学方法：包括游戏、戏剧等，使学生真正爱上语文课。她提倡以学生为中心的的教学课堂，仔细观察学生的优点，帮助发挥他们的才能。潘老师熟知不同形式的教育模式，例如：生命教育、音乐治疗等，她明白师生关系不只是知识的传递，还是生命对生命的影响。

Miss Pan graduated with a Master 's degree in Education from The Education University of Hong Kong. After graduation, she has been engaged in the teaching of Chinese in primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong. Pan is familiar with PYP, MYP and BP curriculums, and has relevant experience in curriculum development, curriculum design, textbook compilation and teaching training.

Pan thinks students who study in bilingual schools can master two languages, which makes them have advantages in globalized world.

The experience of teaching in Hong Kong has enabled Pan to keep exploring her teaching field and to help her students to be interested in Chinese through a variety of interdisciplinary teaching methods, including games and dramas. She advocates a student-centered classroom in which students are carefully observed and their talents can be developed. Pan is familiar with different forms of education, such as life education, music therapy, etc. She understands that the relationship between teachers and students is not only the transfer of knowledge, but also the impact on life.
